The Blue House has an open floor plan and lots of old Seminole Heights character. The newly renovated, spacious home includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The layout of the house maximizes comfort and functionality. Enjoy grilling and dining alfresco on the shared patio. It is also conveniently located walking distance to many Seminole Heights restaurants and shops.

The Blue House provides a large and open living, dining and kitchen space that's great for gathering. The heart of the home is filled with natural light and invites guests to relax, in style. There is a very comfortable, oversized leather sofa in the living room for kicking back to enjoy a cup of coffee, conversations with loved ones, or relaxing in front of the large screen TV. A daybed in this space can be used as additional seating or for sleeping. The 4-seat dining table connects the living room and the kitchen. The high-end kitchen is well equipped and provides the opportunity to cook and a great meal. Stools line the kitchen island, giving yet another space for conversation and connections.

There are two comfortable sized bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and connects to an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds and is located directly adjacent to the second bathroom. This bathroom has a large shower. The house also has a washer and dryer for your use and convenience.

Lastly, guests can enjoy the shared outdoor patio. This space had a charcoal grill and dining table and chairs.

Blue skies

The house is well equipped and very comfortable. There are many restaurants close by and it is easy to get to downtown Tampa and Ybor City.

Great time in Tampa

The house was surprisingly big. Nice remodeling. The location was perfect. Great new restaurant and music and very near a theater for movies.

Great Holiday Visit

My sons and I enjoyed our stay here and exploring Tampa. There is a lot to offer for families and it was relaxing to come back to a well-appointed, clean, and conveniently located home!

Fantastic Property.

Best host so far! The tiny issue I had that was sort of out of thier control was solved in a few hours. Perfect property for the 3 of us. 4 adults would be incredibly comfortable here. Centrally located for our visit but not relly far from tourist stuff either.

Cant say enough about how excellent this property was. From the start with booking and communication before and during was excellent. The place was just as listed if not better. I gave it all 5 stars even with road construction during our stay (even they were nice). Thanks so much for everything!
