The cabin is located in a veritable oasis in Utah. Beautiful pine trees, mule deer meandering thru, and other wildlife. Convenient location for Zion and Bryce National parks, and several state parks.

Excellent cabin in the woods

This cabin was everything we could have hoped for. It had such a well stocked kitchen and hosts even gave us a pumpkin pie because it was Thanksgiving! The setting was so peaceful and right in the middle of Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Cabin

Midway between Zion and Bryce Canyon this cabin’s location was perfect for visiting both. The parks are spectacular. The cabin met all our needs and communication with Dave was great. We greatly enjoyed watching birds at the many feeders and deer coming down to a small lake. It was a great place to just check out and enjoy nature.

This property is a perfect getaway in between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. So clean and comfortable and the scenery and view is gorgeous. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions and directions and property access were easy to follow. We would definitely come back if we are going to be in the area again. Maybe even stay longer to be able to cook and grill - we just didnt have time during our short stay. Highly recommend this property!

Loved this cabin!

Every “excellent” review is spot on. After several long day of driving, the cabin provided the peaceful accommodations we needed. Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from the porch can’t be beat. We appreciated the kitchen amenities and abundant spices available since we cooked most of our meals at the cabin. The cabin is in a great location for visiting parks or sightseeing…or just sitting on the porch to watch the deer come down from the woods. I wish we had booked for more than 3 days.

Wonderful home away from home

We all (party of 3 adults) enjoyed our time at this luxurious and cozy log cabin tremendously. The owner, Dave, made sure we had everything we needed. There was a little confusion about the key lock when we checked in late at night (10pm), but it was no problem to get hold of Dave and he fixed the issue promptly. The cabin is perfectly situated to explore Zion and Bryce, but so cozy that it would be a shame not to try the comfortable hammock, have fun with the games (provided), or just hang out and soak in the beautiful view (which we all did). Thank you again Dave - you are a great host and helped us create wonderful memories.

Nice Home away from Home

I booked the stay for 5 nights, Dave was very accommodating in the booking process. Check in instructions were very clear. Cabin was equipped with all the necessities. Complete kitchen and we enjoyed a little bit cooking as well. Fireplace in both the loft and family room was very relaxing as it was cold outside. Views were amazing from every angle. Bryce and Zion are not very far from the cabin. Coral Sandy dunes, Escalante are within driving distance. We enjoyed our stay, It was very peaceful. If we are in the area, we will definitely come back

Clean, cozy cabin with a great host

The cabin was clean, cozy, and wonderful to stay in. Dave was very helpful and communicative and an excellent host. Location was very convenient, right between Bryce and Zion. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful, but a little difficult to drive out of because it was hilly and snowy when we visited. We had all-season tires on a front wheel drive car (not terrible but not ideal), and tire chains were needed to get out right after it snowed. So just check the forecast before you go, and make sure you’re prepared in case it does snow while you’re there. Overall we had an awesome time and highly recommend staying at this cabin!

Serenity now….

If you are seeking a beautiful, remote, tranquil cabin with all the comforts of home, singing bullfrogs, songbirds, and other plentiful wildlife sightings, this is your place! A perfect launchpad for easy trips to Zion, Bryce, Kodachrome Basin State Park & so many others! Dave was so kind, caring & communicative & responded quickly to any questions I had; both prior to and during our trip. Additionally, he became aware that a special birthday would be occurring and we were welcomed with the surprise of a birthday card along with a bottle of wine and wonderful gift bag full of delicious chocolates! He truly went above and beyond & was an absolute pleasure to interact with. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience or the cabin itself. We are already missing it & I truly hope to be able to return again one day. I highly recommend!!!
