The boat pier is situated directly on the Tchefuncte River and has water access with an adjacent sandy beach. You can take a boat to various restaurants in Covington or Madisonville, or you can head out to Lake Ponchatrain!

River get away!

GREAT PROPERTY! We had so much fun staying here with friends and family! The property was perfect for us to bring our boat and enjoy the river. The “ sand” beach entry was a really nice touch and great for our younger kids. Will definitely be back!

5 stars on everything. Lovation was great. Gave 4 because of construction but that cant be helped. Property beautiful. We played cards pool and board games. Bunk room even had bedtime books for toddlers. Went into new orleans a couple of days. Would love to go back someday.

An Amazing Venue

We spent the weekend at this beautiful river retreat! There were 5 families and we had an amazing time. The property is perfectly located on the Tchefuncte River and had ALL the amenities. We had plenty of space to dock our 2 boats and Lilly pad with wonderful umbrellas for shade. The bed rooms have the comfort of your own home, kitchen is well stocked and even had a Keurig, the poker and pool tables were enjoyed by all, the apartment has an ADA bathtub, the bar is perfectly located in the center of the living area, Sonos, large TV, I could go on and on!! The host was great to work with! Thank you for our memorable weekend celebrating our dad’s 80th birthday. We will be back soon!

River front

The house was great. The 3rd full bathroom is in the lower apartment. Which was great for the new baby and mama. We really enjoyed the sunsets on dock on the river and the beach area for the kids. The house is in a very private location but not far from town. It worked great for our three-family vacation.
