Two story Cottage 1 house back from lake but a lakefront lot for use of just 6 cottages. Not rustic with all modern appliances. Charming Living room with fireplace, Dining room, Lg. kitchen, eating area and bar, separate office area. Back porch with BBQ. Front area is flagstone patio. Nice furnishing, towels. linens included plus Washer & Dryer.
King bedroom large w/fireplace en suite, 2nd bedroom has twin & double beds, 3rd bedroom has two twins. garage just for storage. All lakefront at 5mile point is level-no cliffs so perfect for children..5 miles to Village of Skaneateles.
