This vacation apartment is located in a residential complex in Punta Asfodeli, just 4 km from the center of the famous seaside resort of Porto Rotondo, on the northeast coast of the beautiful island of Sardinia. The apartment extends over the first floor and has a beautiful garden that leads directly to the magnificent sea of the Costa Smeralda! Perfect solution for a beach vacation sun, beach and sea. The large outdoor areas for common use are ideal for relaxing: They are equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue for outdoor dining and enjoying the sea breeze and the soothing sound of the waves. Porto Rotondo is one of the most luxurious resorts on the Costa Smeralda, a top-class tourist destination chosen by celebrities from all over the world. At a distance of about 20 km there is a famous golf club and at a distance of about 30 km there is Porto Cervo with marina, a glamorous and lively town on the Costa Smeralda. Besides the crystal clear sea, the enchanting beaches and the pure beauty of its natural environment, Costa Smeralda offers many attractions and there are many stores, bars, restaurants, pubs and discos for a lively nightlife.

Verbleven met 2 personen een week in deze woning. Woning ietwat gedateerd maar toch op zich prima en bood alles wat wij nodig hadden. Bedden niet v de beste kwaliteit. Muggen ook rekening mee te houden. Maar wat een uitzicht ! Wakker worden met zicht op de zee en zwemmen voor de deur. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
