Atlantico 801

Wohnung ist schön renoviert, aber schlecht Instand gehalten. Reinigung war ok. Ich musste einige Mängel per span. Mail melden: Bei Ankunft lief Wasser unter dem Spültrog in Küche heraus. Ein Nachbar reparierte die Leitung. Beim Herd war der Schalter vorne rechts defekt. Wurde sofort ersetzt. Staubsauger in desolatem Zustand und stank! Wurde auch ersetzt. Duschknopf hielt ich beim ersten Gebrauch in den Händen. Fenster vorne Veranda defekt. Bei Wind "Durchzug" in ganzer Wohnung. Siehe Mails.

Muy buena ubicación y en genral bien. Alguna bombilla fundida. Lo peor es q la limpieza deja mucho q desear, sobre todo los utensilios de cocina, platos, vasos y cubiertos

Nevertheless they have been informed of your comments and new light bulbs have also been installed.

Atlantico

Gute Wohnung, zweckmäßig eingerichtet ( auch für Wintermonate), viel Stauraum, gut ausgestattete Küche. Geräumige Zimmer und gut zu belüften. Nachteil: mittags steht die Sonne genau auf der Terrasse, die als Essplatz ausgestattet ist, so fand das Essen hinter geschlossenen Vorghängen statt. Freundliche Atmosphäre unter den Nachbarn, sauberes Ambiente und für "Calpe- Kenner" gut fußläufig zu erreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Eine Anleitung zum Öffnen der Glastür zur Terrasse wäre gut.
