The Coastal Iris is located walking distance from CITY CENTER (shopping) of Seminole, Florida, and 2.5 miles from the BEACHES. We are a POOL home too with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 70" TV in the living room, TVs in all bedrooms, kitchen, and dining rooms. Laundry room too.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful 4 week stay in this very comfortable, clean and close to everything home. We really enjoyed the lovely, private backyard/pool area. The area felt safe and the hosts were great. We couldn't have asked for more.

Wonderful week with family!!

My siblings and our spouses had a fabulous and comfortable week at the Coastal Iris. This home (felt like home) was spotless and so tastefully decorated with such comfortable furniture. You have to try all of the seating spots. Beds were so comfortable as well (even the singles) and bathrooms were clean and had tons of bath towels, hand towels and facecloths. Backyard was beautiful and private. There was not one thing missing is this rental. I will mention in closing that the pool was freezing (no heater) and the grill is charcoal not gas. That would be our only concern. Thank you for a wonderful week with family.
