Stay in the charming heart of Cape Porpoise minutes away from two of the best beaches in the area. This historic home was built in 1866 but has modern amenities. It’s great for families (over 2,400 sq ft) with multiple options to enjoy the outdoors (garden, yard, patio, swing set & deck). Relax in the expansive king master suite, three additional queen-sized bedrooms, or cozy up in the daybed in the family room. Walk to restaurants, the harbor, & the grocer.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Turn all thermostats/AC units off -Turn off heater/stove in the family room (winter stays)
For trash, please use the two barrels with town logos first; use the other two for overflow. Do not bag recycling. Keep the bungee cord secured.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a camera outside of the front door. For your safety and for insurance this must remain on during your stay.
There is a maximum of three cars to be parked in the driveway. Please do not park on the grass next to the driveway or in front of the house.
No music outside past 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, many of whom live here year-round.

We loved our stay in this lovely, well-appointed home. It was perfect for our family vacation, and our toddler absolutely loved the playset and exploring the garden. Location was fabulous and close to everything we could have needed. Would absolutely rebook, and couldn’t recommend this property more.

We had a wonderful stay in Cape Porpoise with our two toddlers! The home was perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals-- beds were very comfortable and the climate control kept us cool during a hot weather week! Very convenient to groceries, restaurants, seafood markets, and more! We didn't get a chance to use the grill but the kitchen was large and functional and there was plenty of space inside and outdoors to enjoy a snack or a cocktail--- lots of beach equipment and toys was available which was great too. Our host was very communicative and helpful--easy check-in-- no issues!Would certainly stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental home. The property was clean and well-maintained, making it feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was excellent—convenient to local attractions, restaurants, and everything we needed during our visit.One of our favorite features was the lovely porch and outdoor seating area. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, relax in the evening, and take in the peaceful surroundings. The outdoor space added so much charm to the property and made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, this is a fantastic rental home that offers comfort, cleanliness, and a great location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others

Lovely Vacation Home

We loved our week at this beautiful historic home in the heart of Cape Porpoise Kennebunkport. It was perfectly located in the center of town, with lovely decor and furniture and plenty of space for our family of 6. It had all of the amenities we needed for a wonderful family vacation for the week, including great furniture and appliances! We felt right at home all week.
