About the Podere Colle Il Diaccino facility

The "Colle Il Diaccino" complex was planned and designed by the owners themselves. A separate concept for living in a holiday home was realized. In connection with the climate, architecture should help to separate from everyday life more easily and to find oneself in another world. Light and colors, the connection between inside and outside, materials (natural stone, wood, fabrics) and the integration of art play an important role.

Architecture, climate and landscape create a framework in which the guest can enjoy the holiday region of Maremma and southern Tuscany in a relaxed and stimulating way. The large garden area also contributes to this, which offers the full variety of the typical Tuscan landscape such as cypresses, pines, olives, stone and cork oaks, oleanders and much more.

About the object "Natural Stone House Montepescali"

Located away from the main house, a very personally designed gem made of natural stone with lots of light, charm and comfort. From the large covered terrace embedded in your own garden with dining area, seating, sun loungers and barbecue area, the view leads into the landscape with the old Etruscan town of Vetulonia lying on a hilltop.

From the covered entrance area in the east (e.g. for breakfast, reading) and from the garden, the guest has a wonderful view of the Maremma hills to Monte Amiata in the distance.
