Le bon: Spacieux, bien équipé et très bien situé (centre à 5 min à pied, très bon restaurant juste à 2 pas, parking gratuit et facile) Le moins bon: décoration un peu passée, plaque cuisson gaz à revoir, sèche cheveux. Mauvais: manque de clarté dans le salon et insonorisation

Abbiamo trascorso solo 3 giorni presso l'alloggio di Monica e Giovanni ,tre giorni meravigliosi.Partiamo dall'accoglienza dei signori che al giorno d'oggi non se ne trova gente così,pur essendo arrivati in un orario per niente decente invece di mandarci a quel paese sono stati più cordiali che mai,ci hanno messo a proprio agio capendo le nostre esigenze ed offrendosi in tutto e per tutto.Sono stati disponibilissimi e ci hanno fatto trovare tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere il nostro soggiorno al meglio,alloggio pulitissimo e fornito di tutto.La zona è servitissima,in pieno centro e vicinissima a tutti i servizi raggiungibili a pieni o in bici,pur essendo in pieno centro si riesce a riposare tranquillamente e non si soffre il caldo in quanto ben areata.Che dire...grazie e ritorneremo molto volentieri

La casa è fuori dalla confusione del paese, ma si arriva in centro a piedi in 3 minuti e i proprietari mettono a disposizione delle biciclette per spostarsi. Appartamento ben arredato, con spazio fuori per mangiare.

Top-Lage der Wohnung

Wir mussten unser Programm spontan zeitlich umstellen. Wir kamen etwas früher und gingen dafür etwas später. Das klappte mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Er war auch bereit, die Heizung einzuschalten (Ende April). Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier in Gehdistanz zum Zentrum und den Stränden. Gratis-Parkplätze vor dem Haus waren immer vorhanden. Bar und Läden sind in Gehdistanz. Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, speziell der Eingangsraum mit Küche und Sofa. Bei sonnigen Wetter und im Sommer vermutlich kein Nachteil. Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind Top. Die Küchenausrüstung hat noch viel Luft nach oben. Ein kleines Espressokännchen reicht beim Frühstück von Kaffeetrinkern nicht sehr weit. Auch sollte die Butter weich sein, sonst verbiegen sich die Messer. Dass wir in Italien keine Weingläser vorfanden hat uns sehr gewundert. Auch für Suppenesser ist diese Wohnung nicht unbedingt geeignet. Der Gasherd funktionierte gut, wenn es auch ab und zu verbrannte Finger von den viel zu kleinen Feuerzeugen beim Anzünden gab. Die beiden Fahrrädern, ein E-Bike ohne Batterie und ein Stadtvelo ohne Gangschaltung, eigneten sich gut für Fahrten zum Einkaufen und zu den Stränden in der Nähe. Fazit: Wohnlage top, Ausstattung hat noch Luft nach oben.

Tolle Zeit in einer netten, kleinen Stadt

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung gewesen. Wir hatten ein bisschen Bedenken, dass die Wohnung nach Rauch riechen könnte, da das Rauchen dort erlaubt ist. Dies war jedoch zum Glück nicht der Fall. Die Vermieter Monica und Giovanni sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Danke für die tolle Unterkunft!

Vacanza al mare

Casa pulita e fresca, ben tenuta in zona tranquilla. Praticissime le biciclette date dai proprietari per arrivare al mare. Wunderbare Zeit

Habe eine wunderbare Woche in Castiglione verbracht, auch dank der sauberen und zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Toll war auch, dass die Gastgeber mir kostenlos zusätzlich Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt haben, die ich selber vergessen hatte. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich freue mich darauf mal wieder zu kommen.

Appartamento molto carino, pulito con mobilia di buon a qualita' a piano terra con parte di esterno con dondolo adatto per una famiglia di 3/4 persone,a 500 metri dal mare a pochi passi dal centro ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla dove non manca niente servizio postale e bancomat davanti casa, edicola , bar, alimentari , l' appartamento dispone anche di biciclette. I proprietari sono veramente persone serie e molto carine attente a ogni vostra esigenza io e' 7 anni che vado in questo appartamento e per nulla al mondo cambierei. grazie spero di essere stata utile.

tutto corrispondente alla descrizione postata sul sito. casa pulita e dotata del necessario, spaziosa e fresca con balconcino dove poter stendere o pranzare. il padrone di casa è stato sempre disponibile e ci ha dato consigli su stabilimento e ristorante da scegliere. l'appartamento è dotato di bici che nn abbiamo usato x' avevamo le ns con i seggiolini x i bambini. ottima posizione, distante il giusto da spiaggia, centro e supermercato...niente macchina x una settimana con due bambini...le bici erano sufficienti e le distanze gestibilissime. noi lo consigliamo vivamente!! Castiglione è un centro raccolto molto e carino. mare discreto,meglio nelle prime ore del mattino.

OTTIMO CASA HA PIANO TERRA MOLTO ACCOGLIENTE

Sono diversi anni che vengo a Castiglione e scelgo sempre questa casa con la mia famiglia siamo in tre ma la casa è comodamente per quattro, è a due passi dal centro ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla, casa molto fresca spaziosa e accogliente a un piccolo giardino con veranda fuori ideale anche con bambini .La mobilia e in ottimo stato e non manca proprio niente poi la serietà della Fam. Massavelli molto cordiali e veramente attenti e presenti a tutte le necessita' io la consiglio vivamente a tutti parenti e amici !al prossimo anno caro Castiglione

Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone, e abbiamo passato una settimana a Castiglione della Pescaia in questo appartamento. Siamo stati benissimo...l'appartamento si trova in una posizione perfetta...vicino al centro (si arriva tranquillamente a piedi in 10 minuti), vicino al mare (o con bici o a piedi) e al porto. L'appartamento è fresco, tranquillo ed i proprietari disponibili.

5 days in Castiglione

We spent 5 days in Castiglione della Pescaia and that was perfect. The village is cute, full of restaurants, bars and not too crowded even at the end of June. Then, our trip was wonderful and this thanks to Monicca and her husband. The flat is really convenient for 2 or 4 persons, at 5 minutes by walking from the sea (same for the center). Monicca even let us two bikes and dropped us at Grosseto station. We would like to thank you again for these wonderful 5 days. Romane & Arthur

Five stars for a very nice apartment!

Casa Vacanza 6652189. We are a young couple from Germany and had a very nice stay in this apartment. It was clean, well equipped and located quite close to the sea (5 minutes walking distance) and the charming center of Castiglione (10 minutes walking distance). The owners, Monica and Giovanni, are extremely fiendly and helpful. They even drove us to the train station in Grosseto on our last day. We enjoyed our stay very much and can absolutely recommend the apartment. Thank you very much!
