It is quietly nestled overlooking the golf course with majestic views of the Santa Rosa mountains. One of the most spectacular golf course locations at PGA West with exceptional views and privacy. This is wonderful golfers paradise home perfect for entertaining with a large living room, kitchen and separate dining area. The pool and spa are nearby and a perfect way to relax in the sun. There is also exceptional fine dining, shopping, hiking, mountain climbing, and spas just minutes away.

New laminate floor and tiles (Kitchen and Bathrooms) installed in June 2023.

PGA West is a beautiful 2,200-acre club and resort development, located in La Quinta, CA just 20 minutes from Palm Springs. It is also minutes away from Coachella, Desert Trip, Stagecoach, downtown La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and many other famed golf courses in the Coachella Valley.

PGA West features 3 public golf courses: The famous Pete Dye TPC Stadium Course (your view from the back patio), The Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course, and The Greg Norman Course.
