We have renovated this beautiful apartment and the associated house in years of own work and completed!
A high and modern style was very important to us!
The approximately 60sqm apartment also offers a lot of comfort!
This includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, WiFi, Smart TV, barbecue and a free parking!
For children there is a soccer goal and a lawn for sunbathing available!

The apartment is located in Vilmnitz and is just the thing for nature lovers, because around it is a large nature reserve with meadows and forests!
Here you will find time to relax and you can switch off from everyday life well! In addition, the view is breathtakingly beautiful!

The apartment is located at the end of the village and is located on a little busy street with a speed of 30km / h! Moreover, this road is a recognized cycling and hiking trail!

The "white" prince city Putbus, the harbor in Lauterbach as well as some shopping possibilities are easily reachable by bicycle or within a few minutes by car!

The popular spas are also easy to reach by car (eg .: Vilmnitz-Binz: 15min.)

Rügen offers a lot for families!
The strawberry farm of "Karls" can be reached in a few minutes by car in Zirkow!
There is the possibility to go water skiing, to explore a "Baumwipfelpfad", to make a great trip to the "Rügenpark" to Gingst and much more!

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung, die nichts vermissen ließ. Die Lage ein sehr gute Ausgangslage, gerade für Ausflüge zu Badeorten, der Kreideküste auch bis Arkona.Das einzige was bemängelt werden könnte, ist Treppe zur Wohnung. Die gerade mit dem Gepäck. Uns hat sie nicht gestört, aber ich kann mir vorstellen das es Besucher gibt, denen es schwerer fallen wird.Wir haben die Wohnung in guter Erinnerung bleiben. Sollte für uns der Weg wieder einmal in die Richtung gehen, wird dies mit Sicherheit die erste Adresse sein bei der wir nachfragen.

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt und die Wohnung hatte alles, was man benötigt. Gut zu wissen: Die Lage der Wohnung ist etwas weiter draußen, aber mit Auto erreicht man alle Ziele problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung bestens empfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Tage vergingen wie im Flug und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Es war alles sauber und alles da was wir gebraucht haben (Küche mit Utensilien). Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief einwandfrei und wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln, abgesehen vom Wetter in einigen Stunden des Aufenthalts.

Wir kommen wieder!

Tolle Wohnung, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Spitzen Ausstattung, sogar Babybett, Hochstuhl und Türgitter vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation war vorbildlich. Nur einen Hinweis, das die Wohnung im 1.OG liegt mit Recht steiler Treppe haben wir im Vorfeld vermisst.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhig gelegenen Ort von welchem man sehr schnell viele tolle Ziele erreichen kann. Ebenso war in der Unterkunft alles vorhanden was man eben so braucht (Küche, Spüler, mehrere TV, viele Spiele, Klopapier/ Gewürze alles aufgefüllt, Grill etc.). Der Austausch mit Frau Freibier war immer sehr freundlich! Vor Ort war ein Herr für uns zuständig - auch dieser war jederzeit freundlich und immer für einen kleinen Plausch bereit. Die Unterkunft war außerdem sehr sauber. Gerne wieder! Top!! :)

Idyllisch gelegene Ferienwohnung

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung in einer sehr ruhigen idyllischen Lage. Ein spannender verwunschener Wald gilt es zu erkunden. Putbus , Lauterbach sind sehr nah, baden mit kurzer Auto Fahrt im greifswalder Bodden möglich. Wohnung selbst ist gepflegt , Einrichtung modern und qualitativ hochwertig. Manko : Waschmaschine ungeeignet für mehrere Personen, dachstuhl nur für grössere Kinder somit fehlte uns ein Zimmer aber wir sind zusammen gerückt. Weiterhin positov :Grundstück wird sehr liebevoll gepflegt vom Mieter unter der Ferienwohnung, dieser ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um alles . Parken direkt am Haus. Noch ein kleines Manko die Treppe ist sehr steil , für Kinder und Hunde doch gefährlich, Aufschlag 5 Euro pro Tag für einen Hund etwas hoch da nicht differenziert wird ob kleiner Hund oder grosser bzw langhaarig oder kurzhaarig. Dusche ist entweder heiss oder kalt, lässt sich schwer auf normal warm regulieren. Balkon hat uns auch gefehlt, man will auch wenn der Mieter nett ist mal alleine sein und das ist eher selten wenn man auf dem Grundstück ist. Alles in allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung und nette Vermieter und vor Ort ein netter Mieter der einem zur Seite steht bei Anliegen.

Herzliche Gastgeber und top ausgestattetes Apartment

Übergabe völlig unkompliziert. Sehr sauber. Eine Küchenausstattung, die wir so komplett noch nie vorgefunden hatten. Selbst Basics für den täglichen Bedarf waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Danke auch an Jürgen für die aufmerksame Betreuung.

Blitzsauber, gemütlich und ruhig gelegen.

Wir waren für die Störtebecker Festspiele auf Rügen zu Besuch. Die Ferienwohnung von Frau Freibier in Vilmnitz ist hervorragend gelegen. Das ruhige Waldgebiet "Goor" ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und eignet sich wunderbar für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge mit dem Hund. Das Erkunden der Insel mit dem Auto ist von hier ebenfalls bestens möglich. Ein-und Auschecken haben ohne Probleme funktioniert und die Kommunikation war immer sehr nett. Die Ferienwohnung ist blitzsauber und mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, aber sollte man hier einen regnerischen Tag verbringen, sind ausreichend Gesellschaftsspiele und sogar eine Spielkonsole vorhanden. Für einen Kurzurlaub kommen wir gern mal wieder.
