Inland you will find large forest areas, which are good for walks and bike rides. The area offers many historical and cultural monuments and also many modern-day attractions and amusements.
Especially in Kolding and Haderslev there is a lot to experience. In Kolding you will find among other things the Miniby, the Koldinghus, the Geographical Garden and the Trapholt Museum. In Haderslev you can experience the authentic atmosphere of a Danish trading town.
