We had a great stay at this condo. It has A/C and the rooftop patio is really great. It was clean, with comfortable beds, and towels, and all the kitchen amenities. The complex was very nice with multiple pools. It is a 5 minute walk from Coco Beach, and a 20-minute walk from the main street with many restaurant options restaurants. The host was accommodating and responsive.

Equity group responded very quickly to any issues I had which were minimal. How to get into the safe, broken lock box and kitchen window that would not lock. This unit does not have a bbq which would be nice. My biggest thing is whatever they have there beds on make very loud noises when you sit in the edge or climb in. Sometimes when you get out it will make a loud popping sound 5-10 minutes later. That would be my only complaint with the unit.

The condo was located in an amazing secure environment. You walk to the beach and the town. You can pop. Down the road for a quick coffee. The pool was right next to the condo. The condo had everything you would ever need including a washer and dryer. The company could assist work trips and vehicles ( we had already booked things) And the roof top gave the best view of the sunset.
