This was our third time staying at this lovely river house. Everything is perfect there! This home has everything you will need for a perfect getaway. It is nicely decorated making it feel like home. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is clean, beds are comfy and it’s a great place to kick back and relax. The owners are very responsive. We hope to be back again soon!

Long Weekend Stay

We had a great stay at this property. It was well appointed for our group and extremely clean. The location was perfect.....on the water, beautiful view, and the dock and kayaks were a bonus. We will be back.

Girls weekend getaway

We had an amazing stay at the cottage. The house is amazing. The owners have put a lot of thought into every aspect of the home and making it comfortable for guests. The house was very clean and perfect for our getaway. The decor was so nice and comfy. We will definitely be back. Great location and we enjoyed floating on the river!

What a great property on a quiet cove in Deltaville. My kids caught fish off the dock, the house is quiet, clean, and more spacious than the pictures give it credit for. The two bedrooms upstairs are very spacious with large beds. The two downstairs bedrooms with the twin beds are pretty small, and the beds are small, but it was great for my kids.We loved using the kayaks to paddle out to the sandbar, which is quite the party on Saturday. It’s a 20 minute paddle or so, but it was fun. There are two adult kayaks and three children’s kayaks that have weight limits of 130 pounds.The house is in a great location in Deltaville with good access to a bait shop and seafood market, as well as one of the better restaurants we’ve eaten at in Virginia called The Table.This is definitely a place that we will return to. We would definitely rent a boat for our stay next time we came here. There is a marina that rents them in Deltaville.

Wonderful river home

We had a really nice long weekend here. The property was easy to access from the water (we brought our boat) and the road. The house is so well stocked with pretty much anything you need, and is very clean and cozy. The owners were very responsive to communication and even offered up a rainy day option for us. Overall a fantastic stay!

Girls Weekend

This is our second time staying at this adorable home away from home! Everything is very clean, decor is amazing, and the owners provide you with lots of extras. The perfect weekend getaway! We enjoy floating on our rafts right off the dock and hanging out by the fire pit at night. We will definitely be back.
