Gemütliche neu eingerichtete Ferienwohnung (68qm) in sehr ruhiger Alleinlage am Waldesrand. In der Umgebung gibt es ein großes Freizeitangebot mit beispielsweise Skiliften, Loipen, Wanderwegen, Skaterplatz und E-Bike Verleih. Die Wohnung besitzt zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Doppelbett und auf Anfrage mit Zustellbett und das zweite mit einem Einzelbett. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Geschirrspüler. Im Wohnbereich sind eine große Couch und ein Fernseher vorhanden. Das Bad verfügt über Badewanne, Dusche und WC. Vom Balkon/Terrasse der Ferienwohnung hat man einen unverbauten Blick auf Zwiesel und den großen Arber. Außerdem findet man eine große Liegewiese mit Grillplatz. Garage und WLAN- Nutzung ist im Preis enthalten.

Die Vermieter geben sich sehr viel Mühe, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Zur Begrüßung gab es Kaffee und Kuchen - und obwohl wir zu früh angekommen sind, durften wir vorzeitig einziehen. Auf dem Esstisch stand eine Flasche Prosecco für uns bereit. Bad und Küche sind reichhaltig ausgestattet und es gab Handtuchwechsel. Die ganze Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es wurde auch öfters nachgefragt, ob alles passt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Die Begrüßung war topp. Wir durften sogar früher in die Ferienwohnung. Der Kuchen zur Begrüßung war superlecker. Die Infos zur Umgebung waren toll und das Wetter hat gepasst. Die Einrichtung schön und gemütlich. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Fantastisch!

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbringen dürfen, welche nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Diese wurde spürbar und überall bemerkbar sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und kleine, auch individuelle Gesten haben uns willkommen geheißen. Es stimmte einfach alles, die Matratzen waren bequem, es gab mehr als ausreichend Handtücher und man merkte an jeder Ecke, der Gast soll sich wohl fühlen. Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb, aber Zwiesel ist dennoch gut erreichbar, abends kann man von der Lounge auf der Veranda direkt auf den Waldrand und den gepflegten Garten blicken. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen: Schwimmen, Alpaka Wanderungen, Baumwipfelpfade etc.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Zwiesel

Es waren wunderschöne 5 Tage in einer tollen Wohnung mit tollen Gastgebern. Alles super sauber, modern und herzlich. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Unsere Kinder hatten sogar das Glück an einer kleinen Nachtwanderung teilzunehmen, welche von Frau Stern eigens und spontan ins Leben gerufen wurde. Es war rundum alles nur positiv.
