The particular charm of this property is, among other things, in the large terrace plot with wine pergola, in which you can admire flower dreams of azaleas, rhododendrons and other Mediterranean plants. From the house, from the two sun terraces and from the garden plot you can enjoy a fantastic view of the 150 m distant lake and the opposite mountains, villages and towns. A hiking trail is located directly behind the house. Here it is not difficult to leave the burden of everyday life behind and recharge your batteries for new challenges. You can park your car comfortably on one of the two private parking spaces located about 100 m from the house.
