Our lake home is the perfect Northern Michigan Getaway for your family to create lasting memories. Offering privacy, in a wooded location overlooking the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix, built 100 years ago; with an added addition to accommodate your family. In fact, once you visit our family room, make sure to view the framed photo featuring our home, as it was in 1922.
The main level of our home features two queen guest bedrooms, two living rooms separated by a fireplace, two dining rooms with a spacious kitchen. Just about every TV in the home is a Smart TV with complimentary Wifi. Our kitchen is complete with new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and two dining islands. Not to mention the snack and coffee bar with a beverage refrigerator.
The second level of the homes features three additional bedrooms, including the Master Suite with a full bathroom, king bed and walk-out balcony. The additional guest bedrooms feature a bunk room for the kids and a double queen bedroom.
Our home is located in East Jordan with access to a private dock. Perfect for fishing and large enough to hoist a 21' boat. A launch ramp is available at the end of the street, or take a short drive past town to the South Arm Marina.
Enjoy our private beach. Little ones can swim in a large area with shallow waters and a sandy bottom (2ft deep). An adult of 5’+ can stand at the end of the dock, past the hoist. There is a drop-off, which goes on an angle. Perfect for fishing!
The South Arm of the lake in known to be the best for swimming and water skiing. The waters tend to be warm and sandy compared to other areas of the lake. You will also experience wildlife in this secluded area, without the busy roads. Don't forget to bring the pup! Our home is pet friendly with a non-refundable fee. Charged separately if booked through a 3rd party.

Freedom Festival - East Jordan's Best Fireworks display on Lake Charlevoix! You can enjoy the festival on our beach and dock with a cozy beach fire. Don't forget to bring the s'mores!

The Jordan Valley Trail System is ideal for hiking and biking, or adventure on the Jordan River: canoeing, kayaking and superior trout fishing.
We're just minutes to Downtown East Jordan and less than 10 miles to Boyne City. For your winter adventure, Boyne Mountain Resort is just 15 miles away for a weekend filled with skiing, snowshoeing and more! Boyne also offers ten world-class golf courses. You can enjoy the Monument and the Alpine. At Boyne Highlands are the Donald Ross, Arthur Hills, the Moor and Heather courses. The Bay Harbor Golf Course offers the Links, Preserve, and Quarry courses. All courses are open to the public. A golf shop is on site at Boyne Mountain for all of your golfing needs.
Fall is spectacular in Northern Michigan. Come for a week or long weekend of color-changing foliage and breathtaking views. Mountain Bike or hike away the day!

Mackinac City is just an hour drive from the home where you can take in a day of shopping, dining, and sight-seeing. Drive across the Mackinac Bridge into the Upper Peninsula, or take a ferry over to the Historic Mackinac Island where you step back in time.

PLEASE NOTE: 4 wheel drive is strongly suggested in the winter months- this home has a very steep long driveway.
