Home Away From Home

Topo was clean and comfortable, with a lovely yard. There’s lots to do in Fruita,from shops, restaurants, music and rodeo, to biking, hiking, fishing and rafting in the surrounding area. It was nice to come “ home” to relax.

Absolutely loved the backyard, so much space inside and out! Swamp cooling worked great in 100° weather, furniture was cozy and clean, and pet friendly is a bonus! Would come back!

The house wasn’t bad. However, the smoke alarms were malfunctioning and beeping all night. I contacted host to send someone over to fix but they never did. Also the washer does not work properly and rattles around all over

Fruita Rambler

This house is located very near some of my family so the location was extremely convenient for our family holiday. All communication with the property manager was smooth and easy. The house was generally clean and the two primary beds were comfortable. The heater worked well in the main part of the house- a little chilly in the garage. There were several light switches that appeared to have no purpose. There were not enough blankets for the kids in the "extra" beds (big couch with pullout & futon). The kitchen was functional. The layout of the house is weird... kind of like the back yard. Neither the house layout or the back yard layout make any sense. The large front room where you want to sit only has one comfy chair. Nevertheless, because the place was clean, the property manager was responsive and easy to deal with and the location is ideal-- I would not hesitate to stay here again. But... at the end of the day despite the marketing and photos, this is just a rambler in Fruita.

We’ve stayed in Fruita many times to do some biking, and we may have found another favorite. Topo house is quiet and tastefully updated, with a well-equipped kitchen and nice separation of living areas and bedrooms. Though we didn’t use the backyard in November, we could tell it would be a great summer hangout.

Topo house summer of 22

Topo house summer of 22. Our experience at the Topo house was amazing my wife and two daughters and son and I +2 dogs stayed comfortably and the accommodations provided. We were close to live music very quaint downtown Fruita and the Colorado national Monument. We were able to spend time at Highline Lake. Plenty of room to move around and have our own space. I would recommend this place absolutely!

We like the location because of the location to downtown - Just 2 blocks from coffee, dining and pubs. The huge backyard very nice with mature trees, green grass and fully fenced. The kitchen flows and is wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. The outdoor patio is also super convenient to the kitchen.
