Welcome to Dockside Days, a spacious 6-bedroom Lake Conroe retreat designed for families and groups to relax, play, and enjoy the water together. With room for up to 16 guests, a private pool, direct lake access, game room, putting green, kayaks, and multiple outdoor gathering spaces, there’s something here for everyone.



The backyard is the heart of this home. Cool off in the private pool, swim or fish from the waterfront, take the kayaks out on the lake, practice your putt, or gather around the fire pit as the sun goes down. Multiple patios and decks offer plenty of room to spread out, while the outdoor bar, pellet grill, and generous seating make it easy to spend the entire day outside.



Inside, the open living and kitchen areas provide plenty of gathering space for a large group, while six bedrooms—including a separate garage apartment with its own full bathroom—give everyone room to recharge. A game room, kids’ spaces, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and dedicated workspace make the home comfortable for both weekend getaways and longer stays.

This was an amazing place!! We were worried about coming down to TX in August from Minnesota in the heat but this made it so easy. The shady backyard and pool kept our northern butts comfortable all week and the dock made renting a boat easy!So much great space for kids and family to gather. Lots of privacy in the rooms so no one felt on top of each other.The host was very responsive and easy to deal with.We will hopefully be renting again in the future.

The kids had a great time. The property does have trees that deposit tons of leaves that a storm the week we stayed made sure they were down. I had to call for the pool to be cleaned which they came the next day. I would stay again.

The place was very well maintained with the exception of the pool and backyard area. The pool was not clean and everything outside was extremely dirty.

We do continuously clean and maintain the exterior spaces and aim to have everything looking its best, but with the surrounding trees and waterfront location, debris and pollen can build up quickly between cleanings, especially this time of year. The pool is serviced weekly, and we will be taking a closer look at timing and upkeep to improve this for future guests.

From the start we had great communication. The property was clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed to have a fun weekend The kitchen was especially well stocked with every we needed to serve huge family-style meals. The lake view and access was great, too. Exactly as pictured!

One of the best stays my friend group and I have had yet! Pictures are exactly as it looks. Great location right on the lake, very easy access to get in the lake and pool was great as well. Great space for a large group and a baby. Had everything we all look for in one which is hard to come by!
