Excellent stay! Super clean, accessible to all restaurants and very close to the port for our cruise. We were very comfortable and the house was fully stocked with everything that we needed for our family of 4. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Coco Beach! The location was fantastic—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling relaxing and peaceful. The host was incredibly easy to work with, responsive, friendly, and made the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I traveled with three women, nice that each of us had our own room. We only stayed one night.The house was just as promised. Everything is within walking distance the beach and restaurants. Cocoa is a fun town it always has been. There are a lot of housing options and we made the prefect choice for our group.

We had an amazing stay at Villa oasis! The location could not have been better. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach. 5 min walk to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions in dotown cocoa beach which is the best area! The home was HUGE for our group - so many options of where to sleep. The host, Stephanie, was responsive and caring. The amenities like beach chairs and tools were great bonus and made the stay easier. This is an awesome spot for a family, group of friends, highly recommend. We spent everyday at the beach, then hung out in the massive courtyard before walking to dinner downtown, didn’t even need out cars but there was plenty of parking for them!

Had an amazing stay at this Vrbo. Our group loved the house setup and decorations. The best part was the location of the Vrbo you are only a block or 2 away from the beach and all the restaurants and entrainment (Downtown Cocoa Beach). Parking on property was nice can easily fit 6 cars in the drive way. The other neat part of the property was the courtyard area in the back, it was nicely decorated and had a good amount of space to lounge around with everyone. Overall it was a great stay Steph made checking in and out an ease and was very responsive when any questions came up during our stay. You will not be disappointed if you book this place in cocoa beach. highly recommend!!! :)
