The standig individually holiday home, built in 1994 and renovated in 2019 is functional furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, garden shower and grill possibility.
