A VERY UNIQUE PROPERTY NESTLED BETWEEN KEY LARGO & ISLAMORADA DIRECTLY ON THE FLORIDA BAY.
YOUR OWN PRIVATE BEACH AND TWO HOUSES - 1.16 ACRES ON THE FLORIDA BAY/GULF OF MEXICO with LUSH TROPICAL LANDSCAPING AND LARGE CORAL ROCK BLOCK FENCES.

WE DO ALLOW PHOTO SHOOTS and WEDDING CEREMONIES UP TO 30 PEOPLE. (NO RECEPTIONS) This will be at an additional fee and a signed contract agreement. Please inquire for pricing and information. RECEPTIONS CAN BE HELD AT THE ELKS CLUB NEXT DOOR.

Old Florida Conch Houses with your own Private Beach on the Bay. Step back in time with two authentic conch houses with rustic charm. Bringing a boat? There is a mooring buoy to tie one end of your boat up to and the floating dock for the other end. We have a 12 foot row boat to bring you to and from your boat if it does not fit at the dock. Small Flats/Boat Dock, Bring your Boats, kayaks, paddle boards and enjoy the water.

1) Whether the guest requires their service animal because of a disability?
2) What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform?

Amazing

This place is beautiful. Words and pictures don't do it justice. We had so much fun exploring the property and discovering all kinds of creatures and sea life. We felt like we were in Heaven. We would have like a few more bowls for serving but other than that, it was perfect. We will be back. The beach area was so perfect for kids. I want to bring my grandbabies here someday.
