Location! Views! Walk to town! You'll never want to leave this beautiful 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home that has all the creature comforts you want for your perfect vacation.
Our main floor will be your favorite gathering spot whether you are in the comfortable living room sitting near the gas fireplace or looking out the picture window at the gorgeous Ten Mile Range and the Breckenridge Ski Area. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a gas stove, stainless appliances, beautiful granite countertops and a dining room table large enough for all of you! If you are dining in, you will enjoy these upscale features. The main floor has a half bath which includes a washer and dryer. Need an extra sleeping space? Our new sleeper sofa should suffice!
The upper level hosts a primary suite with a queen-size bed, a cozy nook for reading and has views "to die for"! The ensuite bath is beautifully updated with a double vanity, walk-in shower and a bidet! Also on the upper level are two bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom.
Do you love a hot tub? Well, this one is on a gorgeous deck with views that can't be beat! You'll never want to get out!
No need for a car once you've arrived...with an easy walk to Main Street you will enjoy all the restaurants,shops and activities. The gondola and transportation center are just slightly farther from Main Street. And, there is a free bus on French Street just two blocks away to take you there if you'd rather not walk...

Excellent Stay and family was amazed

I would give this property a 5 star rating because of the amazing and fun memories this place afforded us. I don't get to see my adult kids very often as they live in different states and being able to get together in a place we all loved staying at makes us want to do the Breckenridge trip every year with the hopes of securing this location. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Cool house and perfect location!

We had a great time staying here for a long ski weekend. The house was well equipped and we loved having a hot tub to use after a day of skiing. Also, the location couldn’t have been better! We could easily walk down to Main Street! I highly recommend this home!

Great location, comfortable stay

House was well maintained, clean and convenient to Main Street, rec center, dog park and in town trails. Had one glitch with water heater, but property manager was very responsive to address. Would definitely stay again.
