Renovated with new LVP flooring. Located in Cumberland Terrace in Kingston Resort. This split level villa has the living room, dining, and kitchen up half a flight of stairs. There are 2 bedrooms downstair. The 3rd bedroom is a loft above the living room with a sleeper sofa. Other features you'll find are dramatic arched windows, skylights, cathedral ceiling, and fireplace. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre gated beach community. It has walking and biking trails around lakes and ponds. Cumberland Terrace is a subdivision within Kingston Plantation. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalk with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Great place

We had a wonderful stay. My husband and I and our four children stayed: 15 yo girl, 12 yo boy, 9 yo girl, and our baby boy who turned one during our stay. Nice location, the property owners were very responsive. We had one issue, the tv didn’t work but they sent someone right away to fix it. They have a pack and play that was very clean. I used it to block the stairs for my baby and used mine for him to sleep in. Great stay!! The whole family was very happy and we plan on returning next year! Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Why they chose this property

Cumberland Terrace has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the quiet, park like setting while doing nothing and sipping a beautiful cup of tea.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
