Nestled along the Northshore at the 5mm, this charming home provides easy access to lake attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Gather with friends and family on the dock, where you can leisurely fish, swim in the refreshing waters, or embark on a scenic kayaking adventure amidst the stunning foliage.



Kitchen: Fully equipped with the needed utensils and appliances for any meal. Appliances include a microwave, electric stove, oven, fridge, countertop ice maker, toaster, and coffee maker with freshly brewed coffee options. The dining area can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.



Indoor Living: Flat screen smart TV with free wifi and availability to popular streaming apps. Ceiling fans and board games.



Outdoor Living: Spacious deck with a patio set for 10 people. The paddle boat and kayaks are available to enjoy. Fishing and swimming. Fish fryer and griddle on the dock. A fire pit is provided so bring your own wood for some evening relaxation around the fire.



Dock: Ladder, slide, seating, slip available 11'x40' and 11'x40' (Let me know you are bringing a boat so I can lower the lift for you)



General: Free WiFi (high-speed internet), washer and dryer, central A/C and heat, towels and linens, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, iron and board, trash bags, and paper towels. Pets are allowed with prior permission and a pet deposit.

Awesome family place on the lake. My kids loved fishing, swimming and hanging out on the lily pad all day long. About 20 minutes to the attractions near Bagnell Dam.

Great House and Private Dock for Large Family

Check in was easy. No problems at all. Kitchen was spacious and very clean. They have everything you need.The dock is why we picked the house and it was perfect. We caught a lot of fish. I would go back to this house anytime!

The house was very well set up for my 2 year old grandson, lots of toys to play with. Also the dogs enjoyed themselves. The dock is the star of the show. (there is no dishwasher as stated in the listing) Also add cleats to the dock for tying up a boat.

Wonderful place to stay! The house is at a perfect spot on the cove and the dock is great for hanging out and enjoying the water (kayaks, slide, lily pad were awesome!). House was clean and had everything we needed…kids for toys, pots/pans, etc. Host and property management company are easy to work with and very accommodating!

Get the bad out first:I have limited mobility so there were too many stairs for me. I had no idea how many stairs there were or probably wouldn’t have rented. Also the description says showers only in baths; but they all had tubs, another problem for limited ability. the good! the property was perfect! clean home. Deck and Dock well equipped. Our dog felt right at home - dog bowls, toys etc were available. In addition there were plenty of beach towels. Deck swimming was fun. All in all this is a great place. It is a great place for healthier people.

While the amenities and features are accurately described, the pictures do not do justice to the overall beauty and appeal of the property. My family, 2 adults 5 kids, chose to select this VRBO property because it had great reviews and was repeatedly lauded for being “meticulously clean.” However, when we arrived we found this was not the case. The kitchen was covered in ants, food crumbs were left on the floor & table, and the entire house had not been vacuumed. Upon arrival, the carpets were vacuumed and the dirt canister had to be emptied 2s. Additionally, we found broken glass on the dock. When we reached out to the VRBO, they lacked urgency to fix the problems. Overall, the amenities in the house were nice and the upstairs sleeping quarters lacked issues, but there were many other problems that made our stay upsetting. The light over the kitchen stove was out. The outlet for propane grill on deck didn't work. The grill hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, causing it to flame up upon its initial starting. We found hamburger chunks in heat tent, charred food and drippings coating the drip pan and grease tray was overflowing. The A/C seemed to have trouble keeping up with the outside temperature (mid 80's). Second wall A/C unit had rain water runoff from the roof directed onto the unit (water stream onto sheet metal was very loud). Lastly, the boat lift was not lowered, as requested, to be able to use the slip for a boat. Overall the stay could have been better, but is wasn't a total loss. We appreciated the effort VRBO took by providing us a gift card to a local eatery.
