Ocean Beach Luxury House with Heated Pool
Excited to share our brand new Ocean Beach rental for this season! The house is new construction and all contents are brand new! It’s a 4 bedroom, (three with king beds and 1 with two twins) and 3.5 bath located on the ocean side about 9 houses from the beach. There are two master suites- one on the main floor and another on 2nd floor. Great deck area with a heated pool and outdoor shower. Sonos speakers throughout main floor and outdoor area. Gas line BBQ. Flat screen smart TV’s in every bedroom. Central air and heat. Gas fireplace for cold nights! Radiant heated floors in all bathrooms. Large closets in every room including a walk-in closet in upstairs master. Such a comfortable home with an open floor plan…. so much space! No groups, families only!
