With 2 king beds on the main level, 2 queen beds in the loft, 2 queen beds downstairs, a sectional, pull-out couch, and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. 2 living areas with their own TVs provide the perfect backdrop for everyone to have their own space.

We know how important it is for families to spend quality time together, which is why we've created a cozy outdoor space for you to enjoy. Our private, fenced-in yard is the perfect place for kids to play, and the pergola-covered patio, complete with a fire place, is the ideal spot for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores.

Just a short drive from the Denny Sanford Premier Center and the airport, our convenient location makes it easy for families to explore all that Sioux Falls has to offer. We can't wait to host you and your loved ones and make your stay in Sioux Falls unforgettable!

We aim to make your stay a smooth and stress-free experience. During your visit, you will have access to the front door for easy entry and exit. To ensure a seamless check-in process, you will receive a secure code for the front door 48 hours before your arrival. If you have any concerns or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

During your stay, you'll have access to our Amazon Fire TV, complete with complimentary Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+. You're also welcome to log into your own streaming services if you like.

To make sure everyone who stays here has a great experience, we ask that you treat our home with care and respect. Please leave it in the same condition you found it in, and be sure to clean up after yourself. During your stay, you'll have bedding and towels to use, and we'll take care of the laundry after you've departed. For the comfort of all guests, we ask that you lock the house whenever you come and go and observe quiet hours between 11 PM and 8 AM.

We kindly request that if you're accompanied by a furry friend, you help us maintain a cozy and welcoming atmosphere by ensuring they refrain from jumping onto the furniture. Additionally, if you need to leave your dog unattended, we ask that you provide them a comfortable and secure space in a kennel. If you find yourself in need of a kennel, please let us know in advance. We can provide one for your furry friend, but please note that there will be an additional cost associated with it. These measures will help ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

We ask that there are no parties or events held during your stay. And, as a reminder, there is absolutely no smoking allowed in the property. If smoking is discovered, there will be an additional fee of $200.

Finally, we don't allow photo or film shoots to take place on the property without prior consent from the host. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
