Reviewer Comments: Great property, except for problem with ant infestation, we had a great time, property's furnishings comfortable, lots of light and comfortable chairs for reading at night. Good heating system for cools nights. Close to elevator and close to stairs to walk to ocean views.

We have stayed in this complex before and love the area. This condo had almost everything we expected. It needs to be better stocked with cooking utensils, wine glasses( there are 3,) and bowls. We had to buy a spatula for the grill which should also be replaced. There was an ant problem and management did give us ant traps and offer to exterminator during our stay but we didn’t want to deal with that. So overall the place is very good and the management is responsive. With a few tweaks it could be much more comfortable.

Lovely home, close to Solana Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of four really enjoyed our time at this rental. Great location, very short walk down to the beach (requires walking down a steep staircase to access the beach, might be challenging for some, especially going back up). The beach was not crowded, there was even a water faucet/shower to rinse off at the top. Volleyball net close by, and there was a lifeguard on duty. It’s a public beach, with easy access for visitors to come visit you. Street parking was available for free. Our unit had 2 parking spaces in the garage. Complex felt really safe, you need a code to access the gate to enter by car, and when coming back from the beach.This location is the “second row” from beach front. The rental had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each bathroom had towels, liquid hand soap, and mini bottles of shampoo/conditioner. Beach towels also provided. Kitchen fully stocked, does have a keurig. We were able to borrow beach chairs, a beach umbrella, tennis rackets and balls from the rental company (Stubbs).Stubbs was great to work with, especially Kevin who helped us when we locked ourselves out one day by accident. This unit uses regular keys to get in vs a keypad. Pictures are pretty accurate in the description. The bathrooms were a little bit smaller than I thought, but it worked fine for my family.Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Only 2 things I would recommend, get a better vacuum for the renters to use, one in the unit didn’t work well, and it caused a strong scent after using it. I ended up just using the broom majority of the time, did like that the unit had a wet swifter broom/pads. The other suggestion, if the master bedroom furniture ends up being switched out, is to change the fabric headboard to something else. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
