Ein paradiesischer Platz in Istrien

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen im Ferienhaus Roinizza. Das Haus selber ist ein uriges istrisches Steinhäusschen, das aber alle heutigen "Standards" vollständig erfüllt (inclusive funktionierendem WLAN) und sehr sauber und ausgesprochen ansprechend ausgestattet war. Der Wohnraum ist für 3 Personen und 2 Hunde völlig ausreichend zumal sich das Leben im Frühling/Sommer sowieso mehr oder weniger draussen abspielt. Das Grundstück ist tatsächlich vollständig eingezäunt (ca. 120 cm Weidendrahtzaun), allerdings können sehr kleine Hunde wahrscheinlich durch die Maschen schlupfen bzw. durch die Lücken im Einfahrtstor. Und "Ausbrecherkönige" die buddeln und es darauf anlegen rauszukommen, schaffen das höchstwahrscheinlich auch. Das allerbeste ist aber sicher die Lage, vom Haus hat meine eine ungehinderte Sicht auf die gegenüberliegende Insel Cres und das dazwischenliegende Meer, die Abende auf der Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer waren unbeschreiblich. Zwei grössere Bäume spenden ausreichend Schatten in den Mittagsstunden, die Liegestühle waren sehr bequem und wurden häufig genutzt. Das Häusschen liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Meer weg, ein kleiner Wanderweg führt direkt am Meer bis nach Rabac (ca. 1,5h Wanderung). Der "Strandabschnitt" am Haus ist eine Felsenküste (wie nahezu die gesamt Ostküste Istriens) somit sind Badeschuhe ein Muss, allerdings habe ich auch selten so klares, türkisfarbenes Wasser gesehen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Haben einen schönen und sehr ruhigen Urlaub verbracht

Wer absolut Ruhe sucht und im Haus Roinizza bestens aufgehoben. Wir konnten die Unterkunft sogar früher beziehen als vereinbart. Der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend. Wir waren mit zwei Hunden dort. Leider ist das Grundstück nicht komplett eingezäunt. Das Bett hätte etwas bequemer sein können, aber das liegt sicherlich an den Rückenbeschwerden meiner Frau Fazit: Wir sicherlich nochmal ins Haus Roinizza fahren.
