This superb villa with heatable pool in Tuscany is located at 8 km from the pretty medieval village of Asciano, 30 km east of Siena.
Surrounded by a private garden full of olive trees, this holiday home has been renovated to an extremely high standard and is furnished with a contemporary design that offers both comfort and modern conveniences.
The villa consists of a dining room with fully equipped kitchen corner, a living room that opens onto a sun terrace, two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom, on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with fireplace and a mezzanine with 2 single beds.
Available table top games, music systems, TV with DVD player, sat-TV and internet access.
The bedrooms are air conditioned.
Included in the service is a maid who comes once a week for light cleaning duties and room make up.
The large garden offers terraced areas which extend the use of the house for al fresco dining during fine weather.
One of the ground floor double bedrooms leads off to a private terrace furnished with metal table and chairs, whilst the large decking area is just perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views towards Monte Oliveto Maggiore.
The swimming pool measures 9x5mt, from 80 cm up to 1.20 mt deep, and is surrounded by a travertine sun terrace.
An outbuilding houses an external shower room and a laundry.
