Das Haus liegt zentral, ist gut zu erreichen, fussläufig zur Innenstadt. Alles in gutem Zustand, ich hatte meine Ruhe.

Sauberkeit nur oberflächlich, Gemütlichkeit Fehlanzeige

Oberflächlich schien alles sauber, beim genaueren Hinsehen leider nicht mehr; Möbel waren zweckmäßig zusammengestellt und -gesetzt, das ein oder andere war kaputt; Duschen erschwert aufgrund schlechten Warmwasserboiler; WC nur ungern genutzt aufgrund dem fehlenden normalgroßen Abfluss (irgendein Gerät zwischengeschaltet, da vermutlich bei diesem alten Haus ein normales Abflussrohr nicht vorhanden ist); Föhn kaputt; mittelmäßig warm aufgrund alter Heizungsanlage und schlechter Isolierung des Dachgeschosses... kurzum: unseren Aufhenthalt haben wir nicht entspannt genießen können... Busanbindung ist aber gut und nur ein paar Meter entfernt und Parkplatz vor der Türe.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter und netter Empfang! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts, alles bestens! Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und ruhige Lage im Sackgassenbereich, trotzdem zentral.

Gute Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was man brauchte. Die Wohnung war so wie im Angebot angegeben. Sie war sauber und man kann sie weiter empfehlen. Super netter Kontakt und gute Lage der Wohnung.
