About this property

Enjoy relaxing space in the walkout basement apartment of our home in close proximity to Silver Bay & Hague. Main house will be vacant during your stay. Includes its own kitchen (with 2 countertop stools seating), living room with smart TV, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Two twin XL beds available for additional sleeping in the living room. Living room also has a desk & desk chair and a small dining table with 2 chairs. Large asphalt driveway for parking. Propane grill. Linens & towels provided. House has a water softener & filtering system and an automatic generator. Kids welcome, however there is no outdoor area to play besides the flat part of the driveway. Not accessible in snow due to a steep driveway. 2024 will be our first time renting this space -- be one of the first to book and get a discount!
