This property was perfect for our needs. It’s not flashy or overdone, but it was clean (enough) and provided plenty of space for our family. Only six of us slept there (could have slept more) but my IU student and additional family members that lived closer were able to join us for meals and visiting. Everything we needed was provided. The large yard was in need of some maintenance, but that was understandable given the time of year. Check in and out were easy and the host reached out during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay!

We rented this house so that we could celebrate Christmas with our extended family in one home. The home was clean and well kept, the beds were comfortable, and the owner was very responsive to all my messages. Spacious house. Very clean. Loved the screened in back porch. Minutes to walk and drive to IU campus. Minutes to retail shops, college mall and lots of eatery places. It was a perfect place to stay during move in week at IU.

Clean home with plenty of space

Traveled with four kids, my little one slept with us and the older kids all had their own room which was very much appreciated by them. Two living rooms separated by a hallway, so my little one can watch TV while the older ones did some homework in the other living room. Home is clean and well kept. Had great time with the stay, recommended!
