The hot tub was the best part. It was also close to Disney where we were headed for Christmas! Showers are hard to turn to get the right temperature. Not enough paper towels, no wash cloths, no dryer sheets. Minor things that weren’t bad, just inconvenient. Overall it was a great place with a big group!

Host did not let us know that there is a 150 dollar per day heating fee for the pool until the day we checked in. Surprise! We also had to text them every time we wanted the jacuzzi turned on. One evening host was not available to turn jacuzzi on so we went without and that was frustrating. There is no foil or plastic wrap or kettle, that I could find in the kitchen. But kitchen is great. 2 washers and dryers was an extra bonus. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Slept our 14 comfortably. T.V. in every bedroom was great. There is some hwy. traffic noise but we acclimated quickly. We felt safe in our house. House was clean.

I’m glad you had an overall good stay, though it seems we disagreed on my pool heating policy. The pool heating is an optional add-on, and nowhere in my listing does it state that a heated pool is included. I simply offer it as an option for guests who would like that added comfort. However in this case I felt I was better off not mentioning to her the option as its being held against me. The Jacuzzi heating is included, but I control it remotely due to past damage from overuse of the heater. During the stay, the guest requested the Jacuzzi to be heated multiple times a day and I accommodated each request. I did miss turning it on one evening and take responsibility for that, so I left it heated throughout the following day to make up. Overall, I did my best to accommodate the guest’s requests.

We had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The private pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and the house had everything we needed for a fun and stress-free trip. The hosts were responsive and made check-in easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay

Our stay at Carolyn and Jimmy’s home was great we were very pleased with the spacious home with many rooms to accommodate everyone. We also loved the pool and BBQ in the backyard, just remember to bring mosquito repellent if you plan on being out there! There is also a lot of parking so we never had an issue with that. Would definitely book again!

We had a great stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had enough rooms for everyone. It’s centrally located and very close to Disney, which made everything super convenient. Communication with the host was excellent—they were quick to respond and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Dance Team to Anaheim

Our dance team from Cal State Monterey Bay was competing at the convention center this a few weekends ago. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Check in/out process was smooth. During our stay everything was as described in the listing. The large common area was wonderful for all the girls to hang out in. Overall we had an excellent stay! We will be keeping this home in mind for future rentals!

Beautiful home and great location

We had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home on our first family vacation to America. There was 15 of us and the home fit us all in comfortably. Our host Carolyn was amazing, always quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Would recommend to anyone planning on staying in Anaheim.

Great Anaheim stay in newly renovated House

Had a great time at this property! The hosts were very communicative with us and it had everything we needed! The area has lots of restaurants you can walk to, and everything else within a couple miles - including Disney (10 minutes - about a $13 Uber away) We came to Anaheim for an annual hockey tournament and this house was big enough to fit the team. Would highly recommend this for larger groups!

There were hazards in the backyard the gate had huge tricks that someone colluded have hurt themselves also the pillows on the Ed’s had bad smells and the flier wasn’t clean throughout the house 2 television didn’t work and the pool after emailing wasn’t turned on until the 2day of our 2night stay

Hi Vanessa, I'm sorry to hear your stay didn’t meet your expectations. Some of the concerns you mentioned weren’t brought up during our communication, and I had asked that you text or call for urgent matters like the pool, as emails can delay response. The sheets were brand new and may have had a factory scent—my apologies if that was unpleasant. Regarding the TVs, the breaker was off and I shared instructions to reset it, but it seems that may not have been done. I appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the guest experience.

Awesome home, great location.

This house was perfect for our stay. We had a family with a total of fourteen of us stay and it fit us comfortably! The host Carolyn was super nice and amazing. She was prompt to answer any questions we had. The house was clean and very nicely kept. Would recommend you stay here if you are bringing a larger group. Plenty of parking for more than two cars.
