About this property

!!! From November 2019 to March 2020 we rent the apartment to friends who are converting their house. Our apartment will only be bookable again from April 2020 !!!

Our apartment (115m ²) is located in Wentorf near Hamburg in a very quiet residential street. The city of Hamburg can be reached in 25 minutes by car or S-Bahn. The S-Bahn station Reinbek (S21) can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. The A1 (Lübeck-Bremen) and A24 (Hamburg-Berlin) motorways are also quickly reached.
The spacious apartment consists of a living and dining room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. In bedroom 1 there is a double bed and a single bed. In bedroom 2 there is a single bed, which can also be pulled out into two single beds. The smaller bathroom consists of a sink, toilet and shower. The second consists of a sink, toilet and bathtub.
The apartment is very well equipped and spacious. There is a parking space.

Die Wohnung erfüllte ihren Zweck. Praktisch eingerichtet, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche mit allen Vorrichtungen und Geschirr, Wohnzimmer mit Couchgarnitur und Eßecke, TV. Check in unproblematisch, Vorab Kommunikation mit Vermieterin nett und freundlich.

Netter Aufenthalt und nette Vermieterin

Wir fanden eine schöne große Wohnung vor, mit allem was man benötigt. Alles war sauber, die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und auch die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte föllig unkompliziert und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder zurück.

Schöne Wohnung im Grünen, Nähe Hamburg

Wir waren von der Wohnung begeistert. Es fehlte an nichts, die Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist ideal um einen Städtetrip nach Hamburg zu unternehmen, da die S-Bahn-Station nicht weit entfernt ist und die Verbindungen nach Hamburg sehr gut sind. Wir waren mit unseren Freunden dort, also 2 Pärchen und hatten mehr Platz als genug, da 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder vorhanden sind. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin ist gemütlich, der Essbereich mit sehr schöner Bücherauswahl ebenso.
