This newly renovated property boasts its own private beach and dock for a 30ft boat. Located within a mere 7 minutes from 3 of America's top golf courses: Shinnecock, National and Sebonack, along with 6 additional public courses in the area and long term stays are welcome. This waterside oasis is ideal for golfers, boaters and all water sport enthusiasts or just relaxing on its private beach. Sleeping 6 people the main level features include 1 King size bedroom and 2 queen-sized bedrooms / 2 freshly remodelled en-suite bathrooms, brand new kitchen appliances and furnishings, 4 TV's and fireplace. Lower level features a full bathroom, lounge area with TV, trundle bed, kitchenette, laundry, a second double door fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also high speed internet / strong WIFI throughout. It is a perfect getaway for a family of 8/9 and has ample dining and entertaining areas. Nestled on the gateway from Cold Spring Pond to the great Peconic Bay the property is a 5 minute walk to its beach. Set sail from your private dock on your boat or private charter and dock at local restaurants such as Cowfish, Rumba and Canal Cafe all of which are minutes away and The Famous Lobster Inn Restaurant is a short 5 minute walk or boat away. Boat rentals are available in the area yet staying home will not disappoint. There are 3 different dining areas to enjoy, 2 inside and 1 outside. Grilling on the deck or beach will offer spectacular, panoramic sunset views to take in with your cocktails. Other entertainment options on the bay include water skiing, fishing, jet skiing, kayaking if you have your own equipment or simply floating the day away on tubes. A boat slip for launching is also a convenient 2 minute walk away. A private boat charter with pick up from the property can be arranged in advance. Perfect for a day on the water or sunset cruise. There is an outside shower along with a separate rinse off shower on the beach. Bring your bathing suits, sunscreen and appetite for adventure and relaxation as our home becomes yours in this serene Hamptons locale.

The property surpassed our expectations. First and foremost, Jane is a great communicator. She couldn’t have been nicer. Cottage is well decorated. The dock handled our 35’ boat at low tide without issue. Overall A+ for us.

Absolute gem!

This gorgeous little cottage was even better than we had hoped. The hosts had thought of everything from excellently appointed kitchen and baths to stunning sitting areas on the porch and sunroom. It was right on the water with unobstructed views of the sunset. The hosts communicated with great instructions and were extremely accommodating. 10/10 highly recommend and I would most definitely stay here again!
