We are located east of the canal on the beautiful Peconic Bay, immediately adjacent to the Shinnecock marina where you can rent or dock your boat. Over 100 ft of pristine private sandy beach. Walk down the shore to the Beach Hut for food, drinks and entertainment! Or enjoy all that Southampton town has to offer! Crystal clear water. 5000 sq ft custom Waterfront home, central air-conditioning, hardwood floors, and in-ground heated pool, Outdoor built in kitchen with Professional Grill, gas burner, sink, fridge, and granite counter tops! 2 kayaks, flat screen TV's, covered rear deck, many extras, unobstructed water views from almost every room.

Lovely

Large, clean home on the beach in Hampton Bays. Wonderful place to see multiple fireworks on the 4th of July. Very safe and pretty.

Wonderful vacation home

Our family stayed at Vicky's Peconic House in early August 2022. We thought the house was fabulous - it is modern, bright, well stocked and clean with magnificent views. The house is located right on the beach and the sunsets are spectacular. The house manager was very responsive to any issues that came up. Vicky was very reasonable to work with and went out of her way to be flexible to make our stay comfortable. We would highly recommend the home for a family vacation.

Milestone birthday in spite of pandemic

Since my original plans for Birthday travel had to change this year, I decided on a rental in the Hamptons since I had never been and found the Peconic House. The house was priced for what I wanted to spend, and had all the amenities I was seeking for a small group of ultimately 5 ppl due to travel restrictions. The house was situated on a private beach, with a private pool and outdoor living space that was perfect! We had breakfast most mornings outside. The kitchen was perfect for group dining and the private chef I hired to prepare my birthday dinner, had plenty of space. It was located close enough to activities but away from the traffic of Bridgehampton and those areas. Loved the master shower in particular and all the bedrooms are great sizes - some of the TVs upstairs were a bit difficult to operate since they only had fire sticks available to use and we were unfamiliar. But all together, the house was beautiful and felt private despite the neighbors and public beach further up along the bay. I will definitely rent again! Loved it!

Breathtaking location

We had a perfect family vacation at this gorgeous Hampton Bays house. Every meal outside in the patio and the days in the pool and on the beach. We used the two kayaks that came with the house and rented paddle boards down the beach. The house is way more beautiful than the pictures!
