Detached vacation home with small pool 11 km from the beautiful beaches of Sestri Levante, one of the most famous places on the Riviera di Levante. Surrounded by a large equipped garden, it also offers a rest area and a terrace where you can have a relaxing meal. Its position allows hikers to discover the natural beauties of the area. From the house there are paths that cross the surrounding forest, from where you can reach the characteristic valley of the Frascarese torrent with its caves, shelters and nature trails and from where you can enjoy a splendid view over the valley on the coast. Instead, follow the route that leads to Monte Pu and fully immerse yourself in nature, surrounded by meadows and woods equipped for snacks and picnics. Excursions that can be made on foot, by bike or on horseback. A riding school is located a few meters from the house. Near the house: outdoor communal pool, children's playground, tennis court, soccer field, adventure park, the medieval and biological village of Varese Ligure, the rural villages, the educational farm and several farms to taste the typical local products. Also worth a visit are the craft workshops of Chiavari and Sestri Levante, the antique market, the flea market, the restaurants and trattorias where you can taste the farinata (typical Ligurian dish made with chickpea flour) and the pesto. The long beaches that characterize the coast are easily reached from the promenade with its attractions for children, ice cream parlors and amusement park on the waterfront and beach volleyball courts. The house consists of two apartments, which are not internally connected.
