Detached holiday home with small pool 11 km from the beautiful beaches of Sestri Levante, one of the most famous places on the Riviera di Levante. Surrounded by a large equipped garden, it also offers a relaxation area and a terrace where you can eat in complete relaxation. Its location allows hikers to discover the natural beauties of the area. From the house there are paths that cross the surrounding forest, from where you can reach the characteristic valley of the Frascarese torrent with its caves, refuges and nature trails and from where you can enjoy a splendid view over the valley on the coast. Instead, follow the route that leads to Monte Pu and immerse yourself completely in nature, surrounded by meadows and woods equipped for snacks and picnics. Excursions that can be undertaken on foot, by bike or on horseback. There is a riding school just a few metres from the house. Near the house: communal outdoor pool, children's playground, tennis court, football pitch, adventure park, the medieval and organic village of Varese Ligure, the rural villages, the educational farm and several farms to taste the typical local products. Also worth a visit are the craft workshops of Chiavari and Sestri Levante, the antiques market, the flea market, the restaurants and trattorias where you can try farinata (a typical Ligurian dish made from chickpea flour) and pesto. The long beaches that characterise the coast are easily accessible from the promenade with its attractions for children, ice cream parlours and waterfront amusement park and beach volleyball courts. The house consists of two apartments that are not connected internally. Available on reservation and for a fee: Full-day excursions for families to Cinque Terre, Riviera di Levante and Genoa, half-day excursions to Genoa with tasting, naturalistic trekking to Cinque Terre and Portofino, tastings at home, tastings for personal needs, private transfers , inflatable boat rental, car rental also with driver, cooking classes, tasting of local products, babysitting, children's entertainment, organisation of events and birthdays, Italian language courses (we recommend booking in advance). 200 m gravel road.
