The comfortable holiday home for 4 pers. offers on the ground floor living / dining room, a second living room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washer - dryer. Double bedroom, safe, bathroom with shower, toilet. From both living rooms you get to the gr. South-facing terrace, beautifully landscaped, flowered garden, private pool, loungers with pool towels. Upstairs: double bedroom with TV, bathroom with XL shower, toilet. From another terrace, with stunning views of the mountains, you can reach the cozy furnished roof terrace via an external staircase. Here you can enjoy the wonderful free panoramic view of the sea, mountains and in the evening the clear starry sky. The plot about 500 m² with parking space. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
