Fully renovated and very secluded, with some of the best views in the city! Located very close to I-25 and just 15 minutes from downtown. The property connects to Ute Valley Park. A great hiking or mountain biking park.
You will enjoy 12 acres of privacy to yourself. Although you are right in the city, you will feel like you are in the mountains. You will be able to spot Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and Cheyenne Mountain from most of the home windows. The home is close to the Air Force Academy and minutes from I25, making it a convenient location for most amenities in the area.
The home is extremely spacious with large bedrooms and common areas.
The nearest ski resort is Breckenridge which is 2-2.5 hours away (107 Miles).
There is one camera on the property that faces the driveway. It is used for security and determining when a snow plow is needed. If snow is in the forecast, we recommend a 4X4 vehicle to pull down into the dirt driveway or recommend parking at the property entrance where it is paved.
The home sits on 12 beautiful, natural acres and backs to UTE Valley. It is a quiet property that attracts wildlife. Most commonly you will see deer and wild turkey but, on occasion bears, bobcats, coyotes, etc. may be spotted. As you may have seen from the pictures, the house is located near a cliff. There is a fenced-in area out the backdoor of the property.
Most often, the city bans fires, but even when they are allowed, due to being in a high-fire-risk area, we ask that you do not have any open flames at any time.
There are 5 bedrooms in the home, with a living room area and separate sitting room. The beds and bathrooms are as follows:
Room 1: King Bed, Futon, and Large Ensuite with walk-in shower and separate tub. Room 2: King Bed, with Ensuite Room 3: Queen Bed, Twin Bed, AND Bunk bed that includes a twin over full bed, with a jack and jill bathroom shared with room 4. Room 4: Queen bed, with jack and jill shared with room 3. Room 5: Twin bed, and twin pullout bed. ½ bath located off of the living room.

The house was an amazing place for our big family to spend our Christmas. Highly recommend this secluded stay that still is not too far from any attractions. The host was extremely responsive and helpful.
This property was amazing! Spacious, beautiful modern decor, and a gorgeous view. Stayed with a group of family and friends and everyone had plenty of space to be comfortable. Well-stocked home with all the amenities included. We loved our stay.
The home is as good as it looks from the pictures -- great views, very comfortable interior, etc. The kitchen, for example, is completely stocked with kitchen gadgets, going way beyond what you would typically expect for a rental property. It feels more like your rich uncle is letting you stay at his place for the weekend than like you are staying at a rental. Recommended.
The property was perfect. We had the best time and the house accommodated all 12 of us very comfortably. Views were amazing. I highly recommend this property.
Overall house was great and perfect for our family. Amazing views of colorado springs and privacy without being very removed from the city. Can imagine driveway would be a little rough at times and would recommend AWD or 4x4.
Fantastic experience! This home is breathtaking and offers views that are incredible. Everything was beautiful, comfortable and clean, absolutely perfect for our family trip! We had 15, ages 2-60. Be aware of the cliffside location, while stunning to see, use caution with little ones. The owner was fantastic with communication as well. Don’t hesitate to book this lovely home.
The location is amazing if you’re looking for a mountain retreat in the city. Perched at the top of a cliff, the views from the house of Pikes Peak and the Front Range are amazing. The house is nice, spacious, and secluded. Enjoying the many acres of the property with short hikes from the doorstep was also a highlight.

This property is absolutely breathtaking. We were in town for our wedding, and this made the most perfect lead up to marrying the love of my life. I can’t imagine a better place for us to have stayed. I will say the driveway is a bit treacherous, and as we are out of staters, we were a little wary, but nobody got stuck and it was fine
Beautiful property with a perfect set up for a large family. We especially appreciated all of the toys and amenities provided for young children. The city views at night were incredible. I do wish I had known about the backyard drop off prior to check in. Other in that it is an exemplary property.
Overall very nice. House was clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. One complaint was one of the queen size beds. The mattress was very uncomfortable and my son ended up grabbing a bunk bed mattress and putting it on the floor in he and wife’s room so he could sleep on that.
