Welcome to the heart of Downtown Fresno! You are in an area that is being gentrified, a mix of artists, brewers and lively restaurants and bars are all nearby. With easy access to the Freeway 41, 180 and 168 - you just a hop away from Fresno or Clovis including Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and Sprouts.
The Condo is decorated with Modern Monochromatic design that will make you feel you're in a HGTV show (sorta).
The living room has a 55" TV so you can watch your favorite shows. A comfortable modern sofa that is super soft like a bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with those who love to cook (because I do!). The stove is Samsung and it is electric similar to induction. The Sur La Table air fryer will have you tossing in your Trader Joe's frozen meals for a quick heat. The Viking cookware will have you cooking like Bobby Flay and the Circulon bakeware like you're Cheryl Day. Wake up to a pot of coffee with Beautiful by Drew Barrymore coffee pot. The kitchen is ready for you!
And if you're just looking to sleep, the bedroom encompasses a king size bed. The wall is decorated with soundproofing so it's fairly quite while you sleep. Alongside dual pane windows and darkening curtains.
