City Bed Tax: 12.5% will be collected after booking through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Rentals of 28+ nights are exempt from bed tax.

28+ Night Stays: Guests are responsible for gas usage beyond the first $150. A utility deposit will be collected prior to check-in and reconciled at departure based on actual meter reads.

Age Requirement: Minimum rental age is 25+, or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests. No parties or events.

Noise Ordinance: Palm Springs enforces strict quiet hours and no outdoor music at any time.

Pets: One pet permitted with $99 + tax fee.

Check-In/Out: Check-in 4:00 PM, Check-out 10:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out may be available for an additional fee.

City Requirements: Guests must sign a vacation rental contract prior to arrival, provide a government-issued ID, and share license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.
