The 2019 newly renovated, 65 sqm, apartment is located right in the city center in a half-timbered house from 1889.
It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and hallway.

Towels, bed linen, shower gel, hair dryer, final cleaning, SmartTV and DSL 200,000 (WiFi) are included in the price.

Take a deep breath in the climate of the clay framework and enjoy the view of the old, reconditioned wooden floorboards. The city park is right next door. Here, too, you can enjoy the morning view of the tree tops of this historic park.

Here you live in the center of the climatic health resort and can also enjoy nature in a unique silence.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns rundum gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Von der Buchung, über die Begleitinformationen, den Check-In und den Check-Out war alles prima organisiert und wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch und hübsch eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Wohnung und super Gastgeber

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Jungs (12 und 15) für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Werner‘s wunderschöner Ferienwohnung. Alles ist genau wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zu Werner war total unkompliziert und sehr sympathisch. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Eine sehr tolle Wohnung! Top Gastgeber!

Schön eingerichtete und helle Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt! Sehr viel Platz vorhanden! Mitten in der Stadt aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar! Viele tolle Wanderwege um Bad Sachsa herum. Auch für Kinder sehr spannend! Toll ist es auch, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche (genügend Habdtücher) vor Ort sind, sowie kleine Flässchen Duschgel usw . (Hotel Feeling). Super kommunikation vor und nach der Buchung, sowie die sehr herzliche Begrüßung! Uns fehlte wirklich an nichts! Vielen lieben Dank, Familie Steuer, für den schönen Kurzurlaub!
