A unique piece of paradise in North Bimini, the “West Wing” has a clean and comfortable living area with a full kitchen, nestled in a lush half-acre enclave. Enjoy our deck for outdoor BBQ, or hang out on the dock to watch the boats go by and the fish swimming below. The property has 100 feet of waterfront and a large dock. No additional cost for boat docking; boats up to about 30' have docked here (low tide about 34"). No canals, no condos. The West Wing offers an authentic Bimini-island experience outside the resort and the condos, without sacrificing creature comforts and style. A private, gated property steps away from a friendly local community with great restaurants, bars, and stores. If you want a larger gathering with family or friends, we have two other cottages close by on our property (see #2814314 and #2881517). A quick cart ride south to Radio Beach and the attractions of Alice Town. And a quicker cart ride north to the restaurants, casino, and other offerings of Resort World. Starlink high-speed WIFI for Netflix (or checking in at work, if you must). Swim/snorkel right out front. Spectacular sunrises, sunsets, and rising moons are just out your doorstep!

West Wing cottage

The cottage had everything we needed. It's nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable for my family of 5, it could probably fit 7 people comfortably. The property is beautiful, private and the convenience of the dock was what we were looking for, for our 31ft contender! the view of the water is absolutely gorgeous! Shequira the property manager was amazing she recommended places to eat and even had a golf cart waiting for us! this will definitely be our place to stay in Bimini. I Loved it!

Great getaway

The property manager was incredible. Shequira had everything lined up for us including golf cart. Gave us all the info on where to eat, buy groceries, and hang out. Loved all the marine life around the pier. Incredible

Great spot

Was a great location. Easy access & dock was good.. we spun a hub & left out extra st home ( accidentally) neighbor pastor Chris used to work at home saved the day awesome family.. will deff rent again. Right in the middle if north Bimini so everything is a short ride away. & a bar with music is 4 min walk north.

A Boaters Paradise

We had the pleasure of staying at the West Wing this weekend, 1 of 3 cottages on the old “Ellis Cottages” property in Bimini. The site couldn’t be more perfect for our small group. Rental includes a dock for a 28’ boat which is just what we needed…I recommend bringing decent fenders since the dock is locate off of the main Resorts world bimini channel and boats do tend to speed past at all hours. Good news is that the sand bank takes most of the hit before it reaches the dock. Still recommend fenders! The house location is perfect for walking into town… everything you need is within two blocks including the grocery store. We did not rent a golf cart this time and honestly didn’t feel like we needed it. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the property, Joe and Karen! It was sweet getting to know them and the history of the place. They truly love this piece of paradise and their efforts to make your stay comfortable and pleasant show in every detail. We had a wonderful time at West Wing and hope to return again soon with more family. Highly recommend it :)

Bimini Bliss

The cottage was perfect for our visit to North Bimini. The cottage and grounds were well maintained and the host and onsite manager were very responsive to any communication. We loved having a slip on property for our 26' Tidewater, which offered plenty of space. The cottage was as described and is located very conveniently to all the main attractions. We will definitely be back!

Joe and Karen visited Bimini before they were married over 25 years ago. After island hopping with their two boys Pete and Sam (now grown) seeking out the best diving, fishing, and boating they finally bought these vacation cottages in Bimini in 2021. The whole family is certified Advanced scuba divers and Joe is a trained free diver. They wanted a place to share with extended family and rent to those seeking warm, stunning blue water and a friendly, local island community.

Why they chose this property

The location of the Cottages at Bimini (Ernie's, Martin's and West Wing) make it a special, idyllic place. It is a completely private, gated enclave for you to nestle into comfortably, but only a stone's throw from the friendly local community with great family restaurants and bars, Edith's famous pizza, Pat & Ebbie's bar & grill, a small liquor store, groceries, and shops. The health clinic is right across the street. A quick golf cart ride south to Alice town will take you to wonderful restaurants, Radio Beach, Dolphin house, and all the attractions of authentic Bimini. Or take a quick right north and in 4 minutes you can experience the restaurants, Casino, and other offerings of the Hilton and Resort World.

What makes this property unique

Ernie's, Martin's and West Wing are all newly, fully renovated, with new kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and decks. In addition to partially shaded decks, Martin's and Ernie's also have beach areas to lounge in as you look over the beautiful waters and watch the boats cruise by. The sunrises, sunsets, and rising moons are spectacular. There is nice snorkeling right off the dock, or just stand and watch the fish and eagle rays swim by. We've been known to swim straight out from the dock to grab a lobster and a couple of conchs for dinner.
