When you enter your comfortable cottage with ten-foot-high ceilings and a contemporary feel you can decide if you're going to cook your own food, dine out at one of the many restaurants within walking distance or have a Bahamian style seafood dinner delivered right to your door. Take advantage of our Concierge service allowing you to order a few food and drink items in advance. They will be placed in your cottage while you explore the safe, quiet neighbourhood and begin experiencing island living on your time.

Or perhaps you'd like to kick off your shoes and take just forty steps to the soft, white sand beach where you can relax on your personal beach chair under the shade of an umbrella. Don't forget to ask us about the PADDLE BOARD or KAYAK FREE to use (some restrictions would apply). Or grab a snorkel from the gear box for your personal underwater experience right from the beach. If you're feeling adventurous, RENT OUR GOLF CART and take a tour of the island. Remember to STAY LEFT!

At night, open the windows and fall asleep to the soothing lullaby of the waves as they wash onto the shore.

In the morning, walk out onto your expansive balcony to sit and enjoy your morning cup. While you're there, keep an eye out for the dolphin pods as they cruise north to feed. If you're lucky, you'll catch the babies playfully jumping. Your balcony is also the place to catch a tangerine, magenta, or golden honey coloured sunset kissing the bleached white clouds as it sinks into the distant horizon.

It was a perfectly positioned cottage for our beach break! The cottage was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we needed for an 8 day stay. We could nip across to the beach for the day, or take a few minute walk to the dive centre on the other side of the island. Lots of bars and restaurants, supermarkets and sights only a few minutes walk away. Katt and Matt were lovely hosts, picked us up from the ferry terminal and dropped us back as well. Fabulous advice on all aspects of the island as well. Nothing was too much trouble! Thank you both for a wonderful stay, we would highly recommend their cottages and we'll definitely book again if we have the change to return to Bimini.....but this time for longer!

We absolutely loved our stay at Katt’s Kottages. It was in a great location on island and directly across the street from the ocean. Our favorite time was spent on front porch enjoying coffee or wine and interacting with the locals (and local pups!!). Katt and Matt were perfect hosts. I would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Beautiful Views

I visited with a girlfriend and we loved having breakfast and dinner on the front porch everyday. The rental provided spectacular views and the beach/ocean was right across the street. I highly recommend the place. Katt was very responsive to all of our inquiries.

Best place to stay in Bimini

Our hose Katt was one of the best hosts I have had the pleasure of working with. The property was perfect for my mom, sister and I and it is exactly like it is represented online. The view from the front porch is incredible. It was a few steps to the best beach in Bimini and walking distance to basically everywhere we wanted to go. Katt was always available to answer any questions. I would recommend this property to anyone planning to visit Bimini. My family and I will absolutely visit again in the future!

This place is amazing!! The hosts were so nice, informative, and accommodating. The beach is literally right infront of you. Radio Beach is walking distance. We rented a golf cart from Katt and Matt, which was very convenient. Katt and Matt were so helpful and informative. I will definitely be back!!

Great location, beautiful ocean views, cottage was spotless and so well equipped - esp loved the water dispenser! A/C in cottage was wonderful for cool nights after a great day on the beautiful beach, beds were sooo comfy! Katt & Matt were wonderful, attentive and so helpful - so much attention to detail by including sunscreen, umbrella, beach towels and so many other things that made our stay so comfy. Can walk to store and restaurants. Best place to stay on Bimini and I can’t wait to go back!

Best place to stay on Bimini!

Katt's Kottage has a stunning view of the beach and the turquoise and lapis waters, and is in a convenient location walkable to many shops and restaurants. It has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, all very up to date, spotless, and comfortable. Katt and Matt live in the nearby house, and are a great resource for information on anything on the island. They even picked us up and took us back to the water taxi, and provided a loaf of free Bimini bread to start our visit. We can't say enough about the wonderful experience we've had in our two stays at Katt's Kottages.

Our vacation was everything we were looking for and more!!! Katt’s Kottage was exactly as the pictures portrayed. We felt right at home! Gorgeous--complete paradise!

This house has everything you could want if you're looking for a quiet house right on the beach! We couldn't have had a more stunning sunset every day. We do like to cook at home, so once we found the bigger grocery stores, we sourced all we needed, and the kitchen had everything for our needs. We even made pizza! The larger restaurants on the island just weren't worth it for the money, so pack a few staples in your bag and ask Katt and Matt for the grocery store recommendations. You won't regret it!

The Best Place to Stay in Bimini

If this property is available, search no further. Matt & Katt are incredible and make sure you have everything you need during your stay on the island. If you want to experience the island and all it has to offer then the location is absolutely perfect. It’s on the beach side of the island and it might as well be a private beach. It’s a short 1 minute walk to the food and bars located at Radio Beach and a 1 minute walk to the marinas for scuba diving and fishing. It’s also a minute walk from the Big Game Club! There are 2 grocery markets that are less than a five minute walk and the condo unit provides you everything you need to make some fantastic meals. Thank you Matt & Katt for such a wonderful trip. Your units are definitely the only place we want to stay when we return.

Authentic Bimini

Immerse yourself in the authentic version of Bimini. While everyone goes the touristy route and checks in to Resort World you will check into the beautifully quaint cottage that is Katts Kottage. There you will be greeted with a panoramic view of the stunning turquoise water and the sweetest most genuine Bahamian spirits, Matt and Katt. There, they welcome you to your home away from home. You will find that the amenities for the perfect private beach day are endless. From beach bums to adventure seekers, you are guaranteed to live your best life. Wake up early to sip a cup of coffee next to a conch shell, and watch the cruise ships sail in, but be prepared to say and wave hello to the locals as they pass by on foot, scooter, golf cart, or car, and wave hello. After you've started your day off right hop in the golf cart or UTV, which is provided for a reasonable fee by Matt and Katt, and explore the island of Bimini. Take a walk along the beach to collect sea glass and be sure to go left towards Radio Beach and visit Shadow's Coconut Bar for a coconut cocktail and walk through the Dolphin Museum. If you're lucky you may be welcomed back to watch the sunrise from the rooftop. There is no lack of conch on the island of Bimini. It was all amazingly delicious, be sure to have a bottle of Sand's Bahamian Beer to wash it down. The local mom-and-pop shops are the place to be. Katt's Kottage has it all and will go down as our favorite vacation of all time! We will definitely be back!!
