Welcome to Beach Fanta Sea, a great beach vacation rental with a stunning rooftop deck and a generously sized backyard with a hot tub and pool with swim-up seating great for enjoying the Florida sunshine. This custom home features nine bathrooms and eight bathrooms a block away from the white sandy beaches of Lido Key!

As you enter the living area, you are welcomed into a bright, airy room with views of the lushly landscaped backyard. There are two additional living spaces, one with retro arcade games and another with enough room for a movie night and access to the patio leading up to the rooftop deck. With stainless steel appliances and broad countertops, making a feast for your friends and family to enjoy is a delight in this fully equipped kitchen.

The luxurious coastal primary bedroom will have you relaxed in no time and has a fantastic ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a garden tub inside the shower for the ideal spa experience. The second and third bedrooms have a light coastal touch with storage space and ensuite bathrooms with modern walk-in showers. Guests in the fourth and fifth bedrooms will feel like they’re at a beach oasis with beautiful blue hues and share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests in the sixth, seventh, and eighth bedrooms have plenty of privacy, and each has an ensuite bathroom with alluring walk-in showers. The ninth bedroom is ideal for kids with room for play and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. Lido Key Vacations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by Lido Key Vacations.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. spring break

The home is beautiful with a huge pool/hottub and backyard. We walked to the circle every night for dinner. Great spot for a family vacation

Several issues …

Floor unclean. Grill in disrepair, no cleaning tools. Dishwasher lower rack broken. Toaster died in day two. Towel rack in first floor bathroom fell off the wall. Living room TV did not work. Pools cushions were sparse and those that were there were moldy. Entire patio in need of a power wash. Overall, the house was poorly maintained. If I owned this property I would be very unhappy with Siesta Property Management.

Beautiful home and perfect location

This home was beautiful and spacious. The layout was perfect. The backyard pool area was gorgeous and had both sun and shade. The pictures don’t do it justice. We were most impressed with the location. It was a very very short walk to the public beach access, and the home provided umbrellas, cooler, chairs and wagon. The home was also a walk or two minute drive to St Armand’s circle. It was only a fifteen minute drive to a Siesta Key Beach or the Sarasota Mall. We were disappointed the local ordinance did not allow us to turn on the beautiful gas fire pit. But the home was fully equipped with everything and such a good location. Tons of towels, two washer/dryers, TVs in almost every room, a grill with extra propane tank, tons of seating, lots of dishes I clouding plastic for outdoor eating, a garage you can access and use. The property management company was fast and easily accessible by text. The garage door wouldn’t go up and they were over to fix it in ten minutes. It was just that someone hit the lock button. Everything is nice and newer. We would definitely stay again.

Nice Location

Really Nice house and spacious. Great layout. The only issue was AC unit kept going to the programmed setting of 74 so every so often we would have to go and lower it was a little annoying but other then that the house was nice.
