It is a short walk to Siesta Key Beach and within walking distance to Downtown Siesta Key Village Area. The spectacular backyard is built like a private waterpark with a Private Resort Style Heated Pool featuring a Rock Water Slide, Waterfall, Grotto, Swim-up bar, Sun Shelf, and Spa. You’ll love the lounge chairs, dining options, and BBQ grill.

Just across the street is your own private dock on the canal So, throw in a line and try your luck at fishing, or explore the bay by boat, kayaks, or paddleboards!

Take the elevator up to the main living floor, where you’ll find a lovely living area with plenty of seating for all your guests and large sliding doors leading to the furnished balcony; this is where you can access the rooftop deck. The kitchen highlights stainless steel appliances, cookware essentials, and two island seating options; the dining table and nook seating are adjacent, great for large parties.

The game room is located just off the pool area with a ping pong table, a foosball table, and a refrigerator.

The primary bedroom is a dream! It’s spacious with a walk-in closet, a private balcony with Adirondack chairs, an ensuite bathroom with a delightful baby blue double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a premium standalone tub. The second/third bedroom has a unique setup with a King bed and a bunk bed with a curtain to separate the two, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, making it a perfect room for parents and kids! There are two King bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two King bedrooms that share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. The last bedroom is the bunk room with easy access to the hall bath with a walk-in shower. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a laundry room on the second floor.

We had a great stay in this home! It comfortably accommodated 15 people, it’s very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable! The rental company was extremely attentive and helpful. Upon our arrival, we realized the elevator was not working. We let the rental company know and they quickly got a technician out to troubleshoot the problem. Unfortunately, it was not something that could be fixed and they could not get the vendor out until after our stay was over. The rental company technician was extremely nice and offered to carry what was left of our heavy items up the stairs for us. However, because the elevator was not able to be fixed, it was very inconvenient as we had multiple pregnant women in our group, and we had to continue bringing heavy items such as full coolers, cases of drinks, heavy luggage etc. up 4 flights of stairs. Despite the elevator issues, the house was great and the views were amazing!

Let me start by saying the home was beautiful. However, the elevator was not working, so it was frustrating getting groceries and personal belongings up 4 flights, guests could not do it because, they were elderly, in a cast, or had bad knees. The PM company, did tell me about the elevator before the stay. The pool area and hot tub was amazing! that's where we ended up most of the time- easy access and feels like a real vacation down there. The beach was a short walk, shopping in nearby and we fished on the dock in front of the home.

was an absolutely beautiful home and pool and i think it was the perfect location- could walk to the gorgeous beach (which we could see from the house! stunning view), cute shops, and great restaurants. hosts were easy to communicate with and we even were able to check in a little early which was much appreciated. would definitely recommend!

Easter Family Vaca

The house was a perfect location and the layout was good. The top level(4th floor) is the living/ kitchen area. So the 3rd floor (primary suite & other bedrooms) could hear everything on the 4th floor. Poor sound proofing. Elevator was great to have. Had to call once to get unstuck.But , maintenance came and showed us how to reset and also fixed the broken kitchen sink disposal. They also had to come and reclean all the floors. Our 14 month old feet and knees were filthy! The pool was unusable the first day, too. Pool cleaning wasn’t scheduled until the next day ?!?! Check in isn’t until 4pm which is ridiculous and basically only a half day! I will say that the staff could not be more responsive in fixing problems. They communicated via text very well! Oh, how could I forget a big problem!! The water pressure on every shower was so low that it took forever to take a shower and rinse self. I just feel for 10,000 for Thursday 4pm check in…check out 10am Monday , we should not have had as many problems and definitely more luxurious and cleaner! Bedding linens were cheap and thin. No blankets anywhere! We still made the best of it and thank goodness for beautiful weather everyday. Siesta Key is a beautiful beach and area!

Great location close to beach and shops/restaurants. House has been recently remodeled. Nice pool,hot tub, and game room in garage. Two refrigerators were great. Nice beach carts and chairs provided. As others have stated elevator is inconsistent in reliability. The TVS are extremely dated with old software. Internet was down and took half a day to get fixed.

Beautiful, clean, decor beachy, nicely appointed, close to the beach and town center. Well stocked with anything and everything we needed. Beds comfortable. Enjoyed ping pong. Only one issue with elevator which was user error but maintenance responded quickly. Great ladies/friend trip!!!!

Would not recommend this property

On line the property looked beautiful. The rooms were a great size and the kitchen looked great. Once we got there and checked in , everything looked clean . the problems we had the shower in the one bathroom was a constant leak and dripping. We called and reported it and the came two times and could not fix it. Ran for 4 of our 5 days. then on the 4th day we could not turn the shower off so they came back and Jim fixed it in 5 minutes. The house looked clean and it was except the floors were filthy in every room. One toilet was broken and we fixed it. They had very nice dishes, cups silverware. However there were no big pots to cook with. The location was great, the pool was great. Also they only gave you 1 bath towel per person for a 5day stay. If you wanted more they would charge you for it. I would not this house for the price .

Holiday Gathering

The house and property were nice. Location was good. One of the beds had sand in it. The elevator got stuck on my first ride. However, the property manager was quick to respond and help with all questions and concerns.

This property was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to the Siesta Village which is a great little shopping and dining area. This house had too many amenities for us to use them all in our short time but my wife fell in love with this house and this area. It is a true gem!!

Multi Generational Family Vacation

We had a fabulous week at this great property. Multi generational family of 16. Ages 4-71. Plenty of space for all and the four floor layout offers space for privacy and quiet time when desired. The house is well equipped. We prepared large family dinners on several nights and found the kitchen equipped with all the necessities. The pool with slide and hot tub are ideal for kids and adults. Property location afford easy access to both the beach and town. We rarely used our cars while there. Would highly recommend this property and look forward to hopefully returning soon.

Family Christmas Present Trip

This trip was a gift for the entire family. We had older and younger family members . We rented a four level house that could fit all 21 of us! The house did have an elevator so we all thought this is going to be manageable...BOY were WE WRONG! The elevator stopped working after the 1st day ! We didn't have use of an elevator for 90% of our stay. We had an older family member that had just had in the last 5 months a heart attach and a stroke There was no way for him to get to the kitchen or any bathrooms. I told the property management company that they were not ADA compliant and their answer was WE didn't say we were! He was forced to go into an area that was embarrassing for him. We all had to climb 11 flights of stairs to get to kitchen ad living room area. WE WILL NOT RETURN . This was not fun for the family

Perfect winter beach getaway!

We had an amazing week at this property. The kids absolutely loved the pool/slide. The house was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We did most of our cooking and the house was well stocked in the kitchen. The only thing missing was potholders for taking things out of the oven. Other than that the house had everything we needed. We would definitely book again!

Perfect for our large multi-family

We absolutely loved this place for our 5-family, 19-person group! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms and the large kitchen/living room was great for the inside family “hang-out”. The pool area was a big hit with everyone and the short walk to the beach was great too. Our family will definitely be back! Thank you so much for helping us enjoy a wonderful family vacation.

Great location

Loved everything about the house. Great location - within walking distance of town, and the beach. Very spacious, comfortable beds. The pool and slide were a huge hit!
