If you choose the Nordseeheilbad Neuharlingersiel as your holiday resort, you are at one of the most attractive places on the German North Sea coast. Neuharlingersiel with its idyllic harbor on the one hand still has something of the old fishing village, but on the other hand is also quite modern, u. a. with many facilities of the spa center.
Our house is located on the Seglerweg 2 in Neuharlingersiel in a quiet, green location, about 300 - 400 m to the large sandy beach, the spa and the harbor. In the village there are numerous restaurants and convenient shopping.

My offer is a semi-detached house, living space 80 sqm, a very bright, friendly apartment with a terrace facing south and a small garden. Behind the house is a large lawn, which you can share. Garden furniture, loungers, a barbecue and for the children a wagon and a sandpit are available. In the garage (which usually belongs to the other half of the house) is - in addition to the beach chairs - also a washing machine available. On the property there is a car parking space for you.
In the second half of the house is a 60 square meter apartment similar distribution, which is intended for our private use.

The apartment is cozy and practical, furnished with love and consideration, completely and attractively furnished and equipped. It has shutters, and in it is a phone that allows you to make free calls to the German landline. Wi-Fi can also be used for free.
Only bed linen and towels you need to bring; However, you can also borrow them for a fee.

The ground floor comprises the living area, the upper floor the sleeping area to which a comfortable staircase leads from the hallway.

On the ground floor there is a spacious hall, a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, boiling water, Mixquirl, egg cooker, plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, kitchen utensils, iron, vacuum cleaner).
The living room with separate dining area (together 26 sqm) has partly wood-paneled walls, a cozy couch corner, light pine furniture, mini-stereo, modern TV (with satellite antenna).
From the living room a door leads to the partially covered terrace.

Upstairs are two bedrooms each with 2 beds (2 m x 1 m), in one of the rooms there is an extra bed (about 190 x 80). There is also a cot (120 x 60) and a children's highchair.
From the small hall on the upper floor, you can access the bathroom with combined bath / shower and toilet. A hair dryer is available.

Living room, bedroom, kitchen and hallway are heated with an automatic Nachtstromspeicherheizung; in the bathroom and in the guest toilet there are electric direct radiators. In the living room for direct heating (eg on cool summer days) in addition an oil radiator available.

The rental price is seasonal. In addition, the final cleaning with 50 € and the electricity costs will be charged according to consumption.

Unfortunately you can not bring dogs and cats.
